Realmente es insuperable!!! es la mejor estadía que hemos tenido en años!! Gracias Juan y Carmen por tener una casa tan hermosa y darle la oportunidad a muchos que la puedan Disfrutar porque cuando buscas una estadía para tu familia, no buscas solo cercanías a sitios de placer, si no buscas tranquilidad, paz y relajación y eso es lo que sobra en esta casa!!! Levantarse en la mañanas y ver ese paisaje y escuchar el sonido de la cascada que cae a la piscina natural no tiene precio, que tus hijos corran y convivan con la naturaleza eso es algo que solo en esta casa puedes conseguir, además que el estilo y la belleza de la decoración interna es preciosa, muy limpia y muy adecuada para el ambiente!! De verdad si buscan una recomendación de estadía para unas excelentes vacaciones pues no busques más! Esta es la casa que debes ir!!! Mi recomendación es infinita!!!

Super séjour à Alhaurin El Grande.Nous somme arrivés de nuit depuis l’aéroport, et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les propriétaires avaient laissé quelques attentions pour notre arrivée : œufs frais du poulailler, rafraîchissements multiples dans le frigo, soda bière et cava.La maison était très propre et très agréable.Une super cuisine avec beaucoup d’équipements pour se faire de bons repas, sans parler de l’espace barbecue (à charbon) très agréable dans le jardin pour cuisiner en extérieur.Le point fort de la maison est sans aucun doute son extérieur. Le jardin est magnifique, une pelouse impeccable et la piscine naturelle incroyable avec cette vue !Le terrain arbore de multiples arbres fruitiers : citronnier, oranger, avocatier, olivier … on s’y sent bien.Enfin vous aurez accès à la forêt et la montagne par l’arrière de la priorité.Bien placé pour aller visiter les alentour, Malaga, Ronda, et la plage à 30 minutes environ.Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour :)

Es ist sehr hell mit großen bodentiefen Fenstern. Ein Blick in die Ferne, dass es einem die Sprache verschlägt. Außerdem absolut ruhig. Einfach wunderbar. Mit dem Auto ist sowohl Malaga als auch Marbella sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir haben es so sehr geliebt, dass wir sofort für den kommenden Winter wieder einen ganzen Monat gebucht haben. Wir werden uns nun das ganze Jahr darauf freuen können. Danke, dass wir wieder kommen dürfen.

Quiet location on the outskirts of Alhaurin el Grande with easy access to Malaga and the coast. We had a delightful stay and hope to return!

Dieses Haus und die Außenanlage sind wirklich so wunderschön wie auf den Bildern und es war sauber.Wir hatten unvergessliche Tage in dieser Unterkunft und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, das haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Selbst Medikamente, Stecker gegen Mücken, Waschmittel und Spülmaschinentabs waren ausreichend da.Jeden Morgen konnten wir einen Spaziergang über das Gelände machen und die Landschaft genießen, der Ausblick war unbeschreiblich schön. Die Kinder haben den Tieren (Hühnern und Fröschen) guten Morgen gesagt, diese haben aber überhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut und so gut wie nichts von ihnen mitbekommen.Der Eigentümer war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat sich toll um uns gekümmert, mit Vorschlägen für kleinere und größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Das Ein- und Auschecken waren total unkompliziert, auch hier wieder ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber.Der Weg in die kleine Stadt Alhaurin el Grande war gut zu Fuß zu meistern und war immer einen Ausflug wert. Dort gibt es viele gute Restaurants oder Eisdielen und Bäcker.Das Fazit von diesem Urlaub, wir (4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder) würden jederzeit wieder mit FeWo über cuboshomes buchen und würden auch jederzeit wieder in diese unbeschreiblich schöne Villa gehen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön am Hang gelegen und man hat einen tollen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Innen ist alles sehr schön und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und man findet alles, was zum Kochen oder Grillen benötigt wird. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und es gibt auch eine Außenküche mit Grill. Der Pool ist mit Süßwasser gefüllt und in einem Bereich auch wirklich tief.Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Zur Begrüßung gab ein einen teilgefüllten Kühlschrank mit Wein, Bier und Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern. Die laufen übrigens auf dem großen Grundstück frei herum, waren allerdings nicht störend. Wir haben dort eine Woche sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Nachts wird es durch die beiden Hunde, die zum Grundstück gehören, und durch die Frösche, die im Schilf zur Wasserreinigung des Pools leben, schon etwas laut. Dies sollte man bedenken. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Klimaanlage ging es dann.

Especially the outdoor area with the natural pool and an amazing view is incredible. All is very well done and in a great shape. Juan is really taking care of it with a lot of passion and love for this home. It really feels home right from the beginning. The villa is located a bit outside of the village so that it is very quiet. We enjoyed the fitness room and the outdoor barbecue place a lot. Vacation with kids was just awesome!

We have just returned from a stay in Alhaurin and all wish we could still be out there. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. Juan is a fantastic host and you can tell he takes great pride in his villa and uses it at times in the year fver más
We have just returned from a stay in Alhaurin and all wish we could still be out there. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. Juan is a fantastic host and you can tell he takes great pride in his villa and uses it at times in the year for his own family, because it is kept with love and care and is by far the best stocked villa we have ever stayed in. From toilet roll to cutlery, pots and pans to lilos for the pool and games for the kids, a great selection of snacks and drinks in the fridge when we arrived to cupboards full of all the necessities you require when staying in a villa and would otherwise spend a fortune on (bin bags, foil, Tupperware, washing powders, dishwashing liquids etc). The villa was very quickly like a home from home. The villa itself is really comfortable and has some beautiful features such as high ceilings and a picture window that allows you to sit on the sofa (if it’s chilly outside) and watch the sunsetjust gaze out at the view of the hills which are absolutely spectacular. And the outdoor space is great, with a really good size lawn which our boys loved to crawl and run around on, fruit trees which are full of apples, lemons and a Avocados which you are allowed to pick, waterbeds to the side filled with reeds and lots of little frog ties, and a wonderful natural pool which I had never experienced before but came away really loving. The only difference to a normal pool is that it is naturally filtered which means it feels like a cross between swimming in a pool and a clear lagoon. We loved it! The villa is on the edge of Alhaurin el Grande, which is walking distance away, though we always tended to take the 5min drive in if we wanted to pop to town. It’s a short 20min drive from attractions such as the Bioparc zoo which is great for kids, and only a 35/40min drive into Marbella/Puerto Banus. But it is fairly secluded which means it is very peaceful and you feel like you can totally relax with no one looking over your shoulder. Overall we loved our stay and would very happily stay here again with our family.

Haus und Garten sind sehr gepflegt und wir fanden es toll, dass wir unsere eigenen Avocados, Zitronen und Orangen von den umliegenden Bäumen pflücken durften. Wir können die Villa El Tejar wärmstens empfehlen für alle, die etwas ausserhalb des Massentourismus in einer ruhigen Gegend mit tollem Ausblick eine schöne Zeit verbringen wollen.

Every aspect of our stay was exceptional, new sponges in each shower, lots of cleaning products to ensure our stay was no hassle whatsoever. nothing was left to chance. The natural pool is amazing, no harsh chemicals to irritate the skin. Don't let the sound put you off as it really is superb, the filter beds have frogs which my Grandson loved watching. The views of the mountains are spectacular and the location is great, with supermarkets only five minutes away. I would highly recommend this villa and I cannot wait to return.”

Несмотря на то, что вода сейчас около 12-13 градусов, купались каждый день. Хозяин встретил на въезде в город, внятно и четко показал где и что, очень ему благодарны. Интернет тянет нормально. Вилла стоит своих денег.

La piscina natural es maravillosa era un placer estar dentro. Enhorabuena porque habéis hecho de esta villa un lugar en el cual no se puede estar descontento. |

Disfruta de una villa moderna y acogedora de 250 m² con capacidad para 8 personas, ubicada a solo 3 km de Alhaurín el Grande. Esta propiedad de reciente construcción ofrece un entorno privado y tranquilo, rodeada de naturaleza con unas impresionantes vistas a la sierra. En sus amplios exteriores encontrarás una piscina privada 🏊♂️ con una profundidad máxima de 1.60 metros, perfecta para el disfrute y seguridad de los más pequeños, además de una barbacoa de gas y hamacas para tomar el sol ☀️, creando el escenario ideal para momentos inolvidables en familia.
La parcela está completamente vallada y dispone de dos aparcamientos cubiertos y plazas adicionales sin cubrir. Además, cuenta con una estación de carga para coches eléctricos 🚗⚡, una comodidad extra para quienes viajan con este tipo de vehículo.
