Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This spectacular villa on Camino del Sexmo stands out for its exceptional location and a setting surrounded by farmland, perfect for groups of up to 12 people. Enjoy a heated swimming pool with salt chlorination, ideal for refreshing yourself throughout the year (from 01/10 to 30/04 with supplement), and an independent barbecue area under a natural wood pergola for unforgettable family moments, while watching the little ones.
Although you will enjoy total privacy, please note that the owner lives nearby and will be able to assist you quickly if any need arises during your stay.
Access is comfortable and direct by road, with space to park up to 6 standard vehicles without problem. The main entrance has a charming wooden porch with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet tea.
From the entrance hall, on the left you will find a luxurious living and dining room with a fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle) and kitchenware for everyone. The kitchen provides access to an interior patio and a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Distribution and amenities
To the right of the entrance hall is the main bedroom with a double bed and its own television. On the ground floor there is also a toilet with a shower.
On the first floor, four bedrooms are located: three with a double bed and balcony, and one with two single beds. Here you will also find a luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, shower tray, and towel dryer. Additionally, this floor has a wonderful terrace with a large table, perfect for outdoor breakfasts.
The second floor offers a spacious common area with a sofa bed, expanding the capacity to 12 places. From here you can access two large terraces with fantastic views, ideal for relaxing or sharing special moments.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and fibre optic internet connection. In addition, it has intercoms on all floors to facilitate communication within the house. Heating is provided by heat pumps and stove, with the option of using central heating by radiators with a supplement.

The coffee maker is the cheapest model and was very difficult to use. The door of shower cabin on the first floor is broken, already for a long time. The shower cabins down stairs and first floor needs maintenance !!!! |

Cristobal',s home was absolutely stunning, the photos really do not do this property justice, the finishes were all to the highest possible standard, with an exceptional marble staircase at the heart! The bedrooms were all spacious with loads of storage, kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for our stay. A spare fridge is located in the laundry room which came in handy for keeping well stocked for our week there. There are also fridges located at the BBQ area that are perfect for keeping drinks in for the evenings. Our kids had a lot of fun between the swimming pool, mini golf, basketball net and use of bicycles. You can get the pool heated for €60 per day and I would recommend this. The villa is walking distance from the nearest town Estacion de Cartama, a lovely place with various restaurants and bars, there is also a large supermarket here or if you would prefer an Aldi or Lidl these are located a further 5km into Cartama. Cristobal regularly checked with us if we needed anything in the supermarket and would take us in if we did, he is a lovely man who lives next to the property and tends to the garden area, leaving delicious fruit from his trees every few days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The villa is beautiful in a great location, with mountain views. Really liked the fact that there were 3 different eating areas. The pool was great when heated at 60 euros per night extra. The owner lives near by and was friendly and helpful. We likesee more

We liked the fact that is wasn',t far to Malaga airport but that meant we were in the flight path, after a while didn',t really notice and the kids loved the different planes going over. The interior of the villa is also beautiful with lovely furnishings. Really close by was a good supermarket. Great BBQ facilities which we enjoyed most days.

The villa was neat and tidy, facilities are excellent including the pool, BBQ, main bathroom and utility room. The owner gave us grapes and pomegranates from the garden which were lovely. Lots of clean bedding and towels available.

“The villa itself was even more impressive than the photos suggest, beautifully decorated and was always cool despite the hot weather. The pool area was also excellent with sun loungers, a BBQ and a table/benches to eat and drink. The host was extremely accommodating, providing extras such as wine and local fruit and even took our whole group for a meal at his restaurant. We were picked up and dropped off to the airport by Juan, who again was extremely friendly and was always on hand if help was needed. Would recommend hiring at least one car as the town next to the villa is only accessible by road with no pavements. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and look forward to returning here in the future!”

Locatie en huis waren top. Ruim verblijf met fijne zwembad bedjes en grote tafel. Zwembad was groot en schoon. Ook nog prachtig dakterras en bbq. Gehele verblijf ook schoon en alles in orde. Veel buiten ijskasten en binnen grote ijskast dus ideaal vosee more

Zeven dagen lang pret! Op de eerste dag waren we wat aan de vroege kant, maar vervroegd inchecken was geen probleem! De agent was erg behulpzaam en communiceren ging erg goed. Het huis was schoon, mooi en fris. Helemaal zoals geadverteerd. Dan onze gsee more

Het huis was schoon, mooi en fris. Helemaal zoals geadverteerd. Dan onze grote held van de week: Kriess. De eigenaar, gerust te onderscheiden tot ‘legend’ van de villa heeft ons elke dag laten lachen, met als hoogtepunt onze brakste maat keihard schommelen in de hangmat en hier zelf het hardst om lachen. Dit leidde naar een kort toiletbezoek van onze maat. Ook kregen wij vijgen, watermeloen en limoen van Kris. Dit huis is een aanrader als je met familie of vrienden een weekje weg wilt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top!

we zijn over alles heel goed te spreken. Het huis was ongelooflijk. Groot, schoon, voldoende badkamers. in huis 2 en buiten in een ander verblijf .Het zwembad was helemaal geweldig. we waren met ons grote gezin hier dus ook vaak in te vinden. de behesee more

Wir haben uns auf den ersten Blick in diese Villa verliebt. Alles wirkte extrem gut gepflegt und sauber und die Villa bietet viele schöne Ecken zum entspannen und beisammen sitzen.Ein wunderschöner Pool mit Hängematte und einigen Liegen. Direkt daneben eine große überdachte Sitzecke. Hier haben wir als Gruppe gerne zusammen gegessen oder abends ein paar Drinks genossen. Besonders toll: im Außenbereich hat es mehrere Kühltruhen, sodass man Essen und Getränke direkt dort aufbewahren konnte. Kein lästiges hin und her laufen zwischen Pool und Küche. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig, die Betten komfortabel. Man kann hier sehr gut mit 10 Personen wohnen. Es hat zwei Badezimmer, eines davon eher kleiner aber für uns war es vollkommen ausreichend.Die Minigolfanlage war ein echter Hit! Man muss für die Nutzung extra zahlen aber das war es wert. Wir hatten hier sehr viel Spaß.Der Besitzer wohnt direkt nebenan und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat auch gegen einen sehr fairen Preis einen von uns mitten in der Nacht zum Flughafen gefahren. Nicht euch erstmal kein Taxi sondern fragt den Besitzer vor Ort für die Rückreise.Die Lage war für uns super: unweit vom Flughafen (20min) aber mitten in der Natur. Der Ausblick war einfach nur traumhaft! Trotzdem hatte man nach 5min Autofahrt einen Supermarkt. Ich würde einen Mietwagen empfehlen.

La barbacoa muy grande y camaras frigoríficas en el porche para no tener que andar a la cocina. Aparcamiento para muchos coches y espacio para jugar los niños. Chimenea en el salón muy agradable. Sin duda para repetir. |
