Incredible and sunny luxury villa with an exceptional location, on Camino del Sexmo, Estación de Cártama with a mini-golf course included, as well as a basketball hoop and 3 bicycles for your enjoyment.
This luxurious villa adapted for 12 people, decorated with exquisite taste and exceptionally spacious, is surrounded by farmland.
We highlight its heated salt chlorination pool and independent barbecue area protected with an excellent pergola lined with natural wood, you can have the best barbecues with your family and always keeping the little ones in sight.
The entrance to the Villa has direct access by road to the entrance of the accommodation. To park about 6 standard vehicles without any space problem.
The main entrance, covered with a small porch lined with wood and outdoor furniture, will also serve to have a pleasant rest or have a tea in peace.
The distribution of the house is as follows:
From the hall to the left we find a luxurious living room with fireplace. Linked to this we have a beautiful kitchen with wooden furniture equipped with absolutely everything you need: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, kitchenware for all travelers.
From the kitchen you have access to an interior patio and the laundry area where you can find the washing machine and dryer to keep your clothes ready during your stay.
Returning to the hall to the right we have the main double bedroom of the house, this bedroom is equipped with its own television.
On the ground floor, we also have a shower room.
Going up to the first floor of the accommodation we have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and balcony and one of them with two single beds.
On this floor we also have a spacious and luxurious bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, shower tray and towel dryer.
Also on this floor we find a fabulous terrace to enjoy a good breakfast thanks to its modern and spacious table.
Going up to the second floor we arrive at a spacious room where you can meet with everyone, or simply rest. This room has a sofa bed that completes the rest of the twelve beds in the accommodation. It has two large terraces where you can enjoy fantastic views.
The accommodation has air conditioning throughout the accommodation and Fiber Optic Internet.
The accommodation has intercoms on all floors to be connected between floors and the different spaces.
For heating, the house has heat pumps and a stove -- THERE IS THE OPTION OF USING CENTRAL HEATING BY RADIATORS WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT

The villa is beautiful in a great location, with mountain views. Really liked the fact that there were 3 different eating areas. The pool was great when heated at 60 euros per night extra. The owner lives near by and was friendly and helpful. We likesee more

We liked the fact that is wasn',t far to Malaga airport but that meant we were in the flight path, after a while didn',t really notice and the kids loved the different planes going over. The interior of the villa is also beautiful with lovely furnishings. Really close by was a good supermarket. Great BBQ facilities which we enjoyed most days.

The villa was neat and tidy, facilities are excellent including the pool, BBQ, main bathroom and utility room. The owner gave us grapes and pomegranates from the garden which were lovely. Lots of clean bedding and towels available.

The host was extremely accommodating, providing extras such as wine and local fruit and even took our whole group for a meal at his restaurant. We were picked up and dropped off to the airport by Juan, who again was extremely friendly and was always on hand if help was needed. Would recommend hiring at least one car as the town next to the villa is only accessible by road with no pavements. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and look forward to returning here in the future!”

Locatie en huis waren top. Ruim verblijf met fijne zwembad bedjes en grote tafel. Zwembad was groot en schoon. Ook nog prachtig dakterras en bbq. Gehele verblijf ook schoon en alles in orde. Veel buiten ijskasten en binnen grote ijskast dus ideaal vosee more

Het huis was schoon, mooi en fris. Helemaal zoals geadverteerd. Dan onze grote held van de week: Kriess. De eigenaar, gerust te onderscheiden tot ‘legend’ van de villa heeft ons elke dag laten lachen, met als hoogtepunt onze brakste maat keihard schommelen in de hangmat en hier zelf het hardst om lachen. Dit leidde naar een kort toiletbezoek van onze maat. Ook kregen wij vijgen, watermeloen en limoen van Kris. Dit huis is een aanrader als je met familie of vrienden een weekje weg wilt. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top!

Direkt daneben eine große überdachte Sitzecke. Hier haben wir als Gruppe gerne zusammen gegessen oder abends ein paar Drinks genossen. Besonders toll: im Außenbereich hat es mehrere Kühltruhen, sodass man Essen und Getränke direkt dort aufbewahren konnte. Kein lästiges hin und her laufen zwischen Pool und Küche. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig, die Betten komfortabel. Man kann hier sehr gut mit 10 Personen wohnen. Es hat zwei Badezimmer, eines davon eher kleiner aber für uns war es vollkommen ausreichend.Die Minigolfanlage war ein echter Hit! Man muss für die Nutzung extra zahlen aber das war es wert. Wir hatten hier sehr viel Spaß.Der Besitzer wohnt direkt nebenan und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat auch gegen einen sehr fairen Preis einen von uns mitten in der Nacht zum Flughafen gefahren. Nicht euch erstmal kein Taxi sondern fragt den Besitzer vor Ort für die Rückreise.Die Lage war für uns super: unweit vom Flughafen (20min) aber mitten in der Natur. Der Ausblick war einfach nur traumhaft! Trotzdem hatte man nach 5min Autofahrt einen Supermarkt. Ich würde einen Mietwagen empfehlen.
