Completed in June 2020 offers modernity, luxury and privacy without losing the quality of life to spend your holidays just 10 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande.
With a modern architecture and enclosed around the perimeter with high walls that guarantee your privacy, this wonderful luxury villa is a space to disconnect from the world.
At the entrance you will be greeted by an impressive entrance hall with a large stained glass window that will make you realise that you are not in the wrong accommodation. This hall leads you to the kitchen, pantry and the modern staircase that takes you to the upper floor or to the ground floor.
Upstairs, you will find, at first glance, an intimate terrace with sunbeds and outdoor furniture, comfortable and luxurious, you will enjoy incredible sunsets, intimate and unique.
Upstairs you will find a spectacular double bedroom, with two large stained glass windows on either side of the room. Quiet, large, spectacular with LED lights that have been designed to have the best possible atmosphere. Another of the rooms on this upper floor is a children's room with a bunk bed, ideal if the little ones don't want to sleep far from their parents. The rest of the bedrooms are on the lower floor, a semi-basement floor that keeps natural light in the rooms. Spacious with en-suite bathrooms and maintaining the elegant and modern aesthetics of the whole complex.
As an agency we could limit ourselves to say that this accommodation consists of living room, garden and kitchen, but as you will see in the photos and in reality when you rent this accommodation, it has a dream kitchen, attached to a large living room, modern, comfortable and elegant. All of this is connected to the outside of the property. Chill-out area with table football, hammock and swing for the children, water fountain that will allow you to relax and a barbecue area with a large trampoline that will be the finishing touch for your lunches.
You don't have to worry about the swimming pool, with a beach effect slope and secured around the perimeter with a high security sliding glass system, which will allow you to have the pool integrated in the garden, or closed to keep the little ones away from the water. The pool has solar panels and heaters to increase the temperature of the water during the summer and make your baths a unique experience.
You will not miss any detail of the villa, be it in the living room, the kitchen or the barbecue area. Moreover, this luxury villa has been awarded as the best rated villa by travellers last year 2023.
There is also an outside toilet so you won't get wet when you enter the accommodation. We hope you enjoyand have the best possible holiday.
In winter there is underfloor heating throughout the Villa, which will give you a comfort hard to forget.

Beautiful villa situated in a quiet area, we had three small children with us and the villa was very well equipped for them, everything you could need was there (high chairs / stair gates / travel cots / baby baths / toys inside & out. The neighbourhood was very quiet, we did not hear any other noise whilst staying at the villa which was great, but be advised that ideally you need to hire a car as the villa is remote (but within 10 min car journey from nearest town) the host was absolutely amazing, we contacted him serveral times during our stay, and no request was too small he went over and above to make sure our every need was met! Overall an amazing villa perfect for a family holiday! Thanks again.

The villa was beautiful and perfect for a family. We had so much fun playing in the pool and with all of the games and children toys available at the villa. The owner of the villa was in contact with us and did everything he could to help make our stay perfect (including helping us make an order from a local restaurant!). However, this villa surpassed all our expectations, creating a memorable experience for the children and us.One of the highlights of our stay was the pool which has thoughtfully been designed for young children. The swings, picnic bench and trampoline space became a hub of entertainment and joy for the children, giving us parents a chance to relax and unwind while still keeping an eye on our child.The villa itself was a haven of comfort and convenience. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The villa is designed to a high standard throughout and well equipped, everything has been thought of!We highly recommend it to families seeking a peaceful retreat with little ones.

A small detail but we did fund Juan’s taxi charges very steep. 20 Euros from the town to Villa when every other taxi company charged no more than 8 Euros.
Also he charged us 90 Euros for taking us to the Villa from town then 45 minutes shopping. Agaisee more

The pool was cassified as heated but it was quite cool, especially for young children. The weather was quite hot which helped to warm it up a little. There is a limited number of plastic plates and cups so we had to carry glassess and ceramic plates see more

The amount of space, the bedrooms, the views of the mountains in the morning at breakfast were breathtaking, the villa caters for adults and children, the owners had a cupboard full of toys which my granddaughters loved. The outdoor bar and bbq were amazing and the whole outside lit up beautifully at night.
You definitely need a car as it is quite remote but we loved the peace and quiet and the fact you weren’t being looked at. The two swings and trampoline kept my grandkids busy all day, the hammock also kept the bigger kids(adults) occupied as well. |

Maar ook van de fitness is uitgebreid gebruik gemaakt. Het (wel koude) zwembad is omheind. Badlakens voor aan het zwembad liggen er ook. Voor kinderen is er ook genoeg te doen. Er is een grote trampoline en er staan doeltjes. Binnen is er een kast vol speelgoed met niet alleen spullen voor bij het zwembad, maar ook fietsjes en stepjes.Er stonden 2 kistjes met wat levensmiddelen waardoor we ons erg welkom voelden.Fran, de eigenaar, nam regelmatig contact op om te vragen of alles nog naar wens was. Ook dacht hij prima met ons mee.Ik zou zeker iedereen aanraden om hier naartoe te gaan!

Opened in July 2019, Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas will provide you with accommodation with high quality furniture and facilities that will make your stay comfortable. Its location, located on a hill, will provide you with extra privacy that very few accommodations can provide, completely fenced, the plot has high walls so the only adjacent house it has is completely isolated from this accommodation.
