You will rent two spaces that are not directly communicated with each other, they are two different plots with two different accommodations, you can read the description of each of the accommodations below.

It is a very viable solution to be able to stay with the family. Remember that the maximum occupancy is 12 people and that parties and celebrations are not allowed.

DESCRIPTION WOODEN HOUSE

Welcome to Finca la Rosa del Zángano, a cosy wooden accommodation that will make you feel the tranquillity of a rural environment without losing the proximity of a big city like Alhaurín el Grande. Its excellent location will allow you to have at only ten minutes walking distance all kind of businesses, shops, restaurants, fashion and leisure.

Mature trees, which give a lot of shade, a wide space for your children and play with them. A fenced swimming pool that will increase your peace of mind and safety for your children. The pool is accompanied by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a barbecue area. This accommodation has everything you need for your holiday. As soon as you enter the plot of the accommodation you will see that there are two houses, one the main one which is the wooden house and another small bungalow which will only be opened if the occupancy exceeds 4 people.

The wooden house, cosy and with a small terrace of 15 square metres, has an independent kitchen at the entrance where you can cook all kinds of food without any problem, thanks to the complete household utensils offered by the accommodation. The spacious, air-conditioned and comfortable lounge is prepared to make your meetings cosy and enjoyable. You will not forget your family gatherings in this warm and cosy atmosphere.

With two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and air conditioning, they are bright and very comfortable. Your rest is guaranteed thanks to the high quality of the accommodation. The other room has two single beds.

The spacious bathroom with bathtub has everything you and your family need to make your bathroom practical and comfortable.

As we have mentioned before, THE BUNGALOW, which has a double bed and bathroom with shower, is only available if there are more than 4 travellers. That is to say, this room will only be available FROM 5 PEOPLE. This bungalow has air conditioning.



DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE WITH STONE FAÇADE

With a beautiful garden, ideal for sunbathing after a swim in the pool, this accommodation offers you a disconnection in your holidays without having to leave the urban centre of Alhaurín el Grande. Well communicated with roads that take you to any point of the province of Malaga.

You will have a nice outdoor furniture to enjoy the outdoor barbecue, always with the pool in sight, you can have the little ones of the house watched. This furniture is located in the outside porch of the accommodation that gives entrance to it.

At the entrance, you will enjoy a nice living-dining room, with an open-plan kitchen integrated in the right space. This kitchen has everything you need to cook any kind of lunch, thanks to the furniture that the accommodation has, you can have lunch outside in the porch or inside the living-dining room.

You can also enjoy the comfortable sofas and watch television, relax or continue watching your favourite film or series, you will enjoy this space with your family thanks to the internet connection which, together with the Smart TV, will provide you with the multimedia entertainment you need.

The bedrooms, distributed along a corridor next to the living-dining room, have windows to the outside, wardrobes to keep your luggage tidy and all three have air conditioning with heat pump. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds.

There is a bathroom with shower, spacious and bright.
