Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit einigen Nachbarhäusern. Mit ÖV ist es gar nicht erreichbar, ein Mietauto ist also zwingend erforderlich. Der Parkplatz, welcher zum Haus gehört ist sehr gross und bietet mind. Platz für 4-6 Fahrzsee more

This accommodation combines two independent rural houses, each with a private pool, located on separate plots to ensure privacy and comfort for large groups or families who want to enjoy together without losing independence. Two rural houses with a private pool each are ideal for stays of up to 12 people, in a rural setting that is also very close to Alhaurín el Grande, just a 10-minute walk from shops, restaurants and leisure.
The first house, called Finca la Rosa del Zángano, is a cosy wooden dwelling surrounded by mature trees that provide shade and a spacious area for children to play. It features a fenced swimming pool for greater safety, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoors. The main house has a 15 m² terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a spacious and comfortable living room, ideal for family gatherings.
