This wonderful rural house for 8 people is the perfect refuge to enjoy calm and comfortable family holidays, combining nature with proximity to urban centres and excellent road connections to explore the province of Málaga. 🏞️🚗
Wonderful rural house for 8 people
Distributed over two floors, the house offers a spacious area of 280 m² with four bedrooms and capacity for up to eight guests. On the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms —one with a double bed and another with two single beds— as well as a bathroom with a shower tray. The upper floor has two other bedrooms (one with a double bed and private terrace to enjoy the sun and views, and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with a bathtub. 🛏️🛁
The dining room is cosy and functional, equipped with sofa, armchairs, dining table and Smart TV for family relaxation moments. Although the fireplace is not enabled for use, the house has air conditioning with heat pump to maintain a pleasant temperature in any season. ❄️🔥📺
The independent kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking simple and comfortable: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as utensils and crockery. 🍳☕🍴
Outside, the house dazzles with a spacious enclosed garden, a private swimming pool ideal for children to enjoy safely, and a barbecue area with views of the pool so adults can relax while watching the little ones. Additionally, it features two outdoor dining areas: one with a large table next to the pool and another on the front porch with glazed enclosures to protect from wind or cold, allowing the outdoor space to be used throughout the year. 🌳🏊♂️🍖
The location is unbeatable, just 3 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and local supermarkets and restaurants. Additionally, it is close to golf courses (Lauro Golf and Alhaurín Golf at 8 km), sandy and rocky beaches (La Cala de Mijas at 22 km, Cabopino Beach at 29 km), and natural parks such as Juanar Refuge. It is also located less than 30 km from Málaga, Fuengirola and Marbella, and 25 km from Málaga airport, facilitating access for the whole family. ⛳🏖️✈️
