Ideal apartment for families, near one of the most interesting beaches of Mijas Costa, linked along its entire coastline to the Port of Cabopino by the Malaga coastal path.
Within a beautiful urbanization with a communal pool and beautiful gardens, you will find rest and proximity to public places such as beaches, restaurants, cafes.
You should know that the parking space that the accommodation has is not assigned. The parking is private but it depends on the responsible use of the neighbors not to introduce more than one vehicle per apartment. Conclusion: PARKING SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED OR ASSIGNED. The location of the apartment is ideal for going to the beach on foot through the underpass that takes you to "Playa Luna" where you can rest, sunbathe or enjoy the gastronomic offer of the area. You can also take a walk along the "Paseo de Calahonda" a circuit to walk among trees and native species.
The accommodation located on the second floor with elevator has a South orientation in which you will have many hours of sunshine on its large terrace, also on the terrace it has an integrated barbecue that you can use without any problem of disturbing the neighbors.
Upon entering, the first view offered by the accommodation is a general plan of the spacious living room with a sofa bed (sofa bed that allows the stay of the fifth and sixth person) with access to the large terrace, leaving aside the American kitchen. (because it has a connection through a large window to the living room). This kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can make your lunches without any problem. You can have lunch in the living room or on the terrace and enjoy the television that, thanks to the internet connection, you can continue enjoying your favorite series.
