Located in a residential complex with extensive common areas, it offers a large swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, and a coastal promenade ideal for walking, cycling or running towards La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina 🚴♂️🌊. In addition, the location allows quick trips to Marbella, Málaga or Estepona in just 35 minutes by car.
The apartment, located on a third floor with an elevator, has a terrace integrated into the living-dining room with partial sea views 🌅.
