This cosy apartment in Mijas Costa is perfect for families or groups of up to four people who want to enjoy the Costa del Sol with direct access to the beach. Located in a residential complex with extensive common areas, it offers a large swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, and a coastal promenade ideal for walking, cycling or running towards La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina 🚴♂️🌊. In addition, the location allows quick trips to Marbella, Málaga or Estepona in just 35 minutes by car.
The apartment, located on a third floor with an elevator, has a terrace integrated into the living-dining room with partial sea views 🌅. The living room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, an individual sofa, Smart TV and free internet connection, ideal for relaxing and enjoying entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is practical and features a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, small fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals 🍳☕.

El apartamento en sí está muy bien cuidado y es perfecto para un grupo de cuatro personas. El espacio es acogedor pero moderno, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Las grandes ventanas permiten que entre mucha luz natural, y despertarse con el sonido de las olas fue un verdadero sueño. La urbanización que lo rodea es tranquila y está bien cuidada, lo que lo convierte en un refugio perfecto del bullicio, pero al mismo tiempo está cerca de las atracciones locales. Ya sea que quieras relajarte en la playa o explorar los vibrantes pueblos a lo largo de la Costa del Sol, este apartamento es la base ideal.
