Closeness to the expressway linking Lubina with other Costa del Sol cities, as well as availability of supermarkets and restaurants nearby were other key advantages. Pepi, the host, was very nice and helpful - she quickly replaced the electric kettle when it stopped working. Otherwise, we didn't need to bother her too much. There also were no problems with the parking, though in summer it may be much worse.

Our only remark regarding the apartment itself is about the worn-out sofa in the living room which seems in need of replacement.

After all, listening to the noise of drills and hammers instead of the sound of the sea for as long as six out of the eight weeks we stayed there was not very pleasant. Maybe it is common in Spain for owners to do such works in winter? Or maybe we were just unfortunate? |

Renovation works in residential buildings are generally unpredictable, and while they are more common in the off-season, they are not something we can control. It seems that, unfortunately, the timing coincided with your visit. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we appreciate your patience. If you decide to stay with us again, we would be happy to help you choose a quieter location that better suits your needs. |

The accommodation was perfect. Mainly 2 spacious terraces with sea view.Everything was as in the photos, equipped kitchen, only the smaller room is not for a longer stay. But there were two of us, so it wasn't needed :)The chedk in and check outthe asee more

But there were two of us, so it wasn't needed :)The chedk in and check outthe apartment took place in perfect order. Parking is in the building, we always found a place during our stay. We went to play golf on the nearby coursewalked along the Senda litoral trail 7km along the sea. We also used the tennis and padel court in the accommodation. We liked it so much that we would like to come back next year!

Dealing with Cubos from booking to being greeted at the apartment was perfect. The apartment is spotless the outside space and views are just stunning. Ideally situated right on the board walk no need for a car as the bus stops are just outside the complex.

It is very nice that the owner keeps improving/updating the apartment. Everything works well and over the last years we have enjoyed new outdoor furniture and 3 additional ventilators indoors. We just love staying here during our holidays.

Me, my husband and our two small children spent December-February in the apartment. It is (very) small but the solarium made it feel much bigger! And the view is absolutely stunning! It was a dream to wake up to the sunrise and sea every morning!

Nice neighbors. + The VIEW. + The garden and tennis court (the pool was freezing as it was "winter"). + Good heating, it was warm and pleasant indoors even on the chilly days. - The owner did not speak a single word English and the contract was in Spanish as well. Took forever to translate it with Google Translate. - The road behind is loud, but manageable. - The beds are hard as stone, as well as the sky high pillows. |

Anyway it takes only a less than a minutes phone call to get it again. The location of the property is a very specific area and cannot change the fact that it is close to a busy main road. If you were a longer time in the property it would make sense to request the owner to change the pillows as you consider them inadequate for you. Maybe next time, as the owner will do that for you for sure. |

We appreciate that all furniture and kitchen equipment is maintained really well. I love the kitchen and the fridge/freezer is brilliant! The second bedroom is wonderful. We are only 2, so we could use this room for clothes, suitcases and other stuff. We love falling asleep with the sound of the sea and waking up with the sound of the sea. We have already booked for next year. |

Appartement incroyable, dans une résidence magnifique sur la plage. Une terrasse époustouflante. Vue sur la mer 24h/24 avec la lune qui éclaire la mer. Un bonheur de s'endormir et de se réveiller avec le bruit des vagues. Sentiment d'être privilégiés tellement l'emplacement de cet appartement est exceptionnel. Appartement très propre, très bien équipé. Rien ne manque. Il y a même 2 grandes serviettes de plage et un parasol. Nous étions deux mais la 2ème chambre a servi à ranger nos affaires. Très pratique.
Très bonne literie avec des oreillers à mémoire de forme très confortables. Télévision grand écran. Possibilité de se connecter à son compte Netflix (pour les ptites soirées télé). Mais les soirées sur la terrasse ou la véranda quand il fait un peu frais sont très agréables. Sinon, tout est à 5 minutes à pieds : supermarchés, pharmacie, distributeur de billets, restaurants, bars, salle de sport, station de taxis,.... Les jardins de la résidence sont super bien entretenus, la piscine est très agréable, en bord de mer. Je craignais le bruit de l'autoroute A7 qui longe la résidence mais on ne l'entend pas du tout. Ce sont les vagues que l'on entend ! La promenade en teck est très agréable. La personne qui nous a accueillis est adorable mais ne parle qu'espagnol. Tout notre entourage rêvait d'être à notre place en voyant les vidéos que nous leur avons envoyées. Vraiment, cet appartement est EXCEPTIONNEL Je le recommande et j'espère pouvoir y revenir. |
