The included parking is non-numbered and subject to variable availability, as some residents may use more than one space, especially during high season. Therefore, neither the agency nor the owner are responsible for lack of space at specific moments. 🚗

Located in a residential complex with extensive common areas, it offers a large swimming pool, tennis and paddle courts, and a coastal promenade ideal for walking, cycling or running towards La Cala de Mijas or Cabopino marina 🚴♂️🌊. In addition, the location allows quick trips to Marbella, Málaga or Estepona in just 35 minutes by car.
