Beautiful flat in Marbella with wonderful views
Flat situated in a nice community, on the ninth floor, with beautiful views of the entire Marbella coastline. On the clearest days you will be able to see the Rock of Gibraltar and the coast of Africa.

The community facilities are very well maintained and you will have a nice swimming pool with garden area for those days when you want to relax and not go to the beach. There is also a bar in this area where you can have a coffee, tea or lunch, the catering services of this bar are not included in the price of the reservation. Remember to follow the rules of the community regarding the use of the facilities, the concierge will be able to help you. The concierge service is not responsible for solving technical problems that may arise, you should contact your host.
The location of the flat is very good, having just a few minutes away areas of bars and restaurants, shops and services. Also if you have a car you can access in a few minutes to Puerto Banus and access to the various motorway accesses that will take you to Marbella, Fuengirola or Malaga and also to Estepona, Algeciras or the coast of Cadiz.
You can go up to the ninth floor in one of the three lifts and, if you feel up to it and want to exercise, you can take the stairs.
At the entrance, and with a nice entrance hall, we find the living-dining room space, which has a nice open plan kitchen equipped with all you need to prepare your lunches. This living-dining room space has comfortable sofas, Smart TV and internet connection. You will also have access to a nice terrace with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy beautiful views.
To relax you will have two bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Both have access to a terrace, the difference is that one has a private terrace and the other has access to the same terrace through which you can access the living room. You will also have space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily. To rest you will have a double bed in one of the bedrooms and two single beds in the other.
