This ideal apartment for families is located in the centre of La Cala de Mijas, on a quiet pedestrian street, perfect for enjoying the beach and the vibrant social life of the municipality. Although it does not have a parking space, you can briefly park to unload luggage and then look for parking in the surrounding area 🚗.
The environment is wonderful and complete: supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, banks, gyms, schools, bus stops and even a health centre just 300 metres away. Everything necessary for comfortable and worry-free holidays.
The apartment is located on a first floor (mezzanine type) without a lift, within a building with only three apartments and two studios. Its access requires climbing a few steps, facilitating arrival with luggage.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious area with a balcony, living-dining room and an American kitchen with industrial design and stainless steel furniture. A comfortable Italian sofa invites you to relax and enjoy television with free WIFI connection. The ambient lighting is adjustable, ideal for creating the perfect atmosphere at all times 🌅📺.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and windows with double glazing, which guarantees optimal acoustic and thermal insulation, making your stay more comfortable and efficient.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the crockery and utensils to prepare delicious meals🍳🍴. If you need anything, the food shops are just next door.
Behind the sofa you will find a cupboard with an iron, board games and beach chairs, so that you can enjoy your days at the coast to the fullest. These elements must be used with care and respect.
A corridor connects the living room with the bedrooms and a complete bathroom with a washing machine for your convenience. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with a private bathroom: one with a Queen Size bed and bathtub, and another with two single beds and shower. The single beds bedroom has a perfect terrace for relaxing, reading, or having a tea ☕📖.
The sleeping spaces are 6 in total: 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room, ideal for families or small groups.
The apartment has fibre optic internet for fast and stable internet, and televisions in each bedroom that work via wifi.

The apartment is a very good size, well appointed, and close to the beach. The two good sized bedrooms with ensuites are perfect for 4 people. The lounge can take another 2 if required. The balconies are not up to much but this isn’t really what the see more

The balconies are not up to much but this isn’t really what the apartment is about.Unlike some apartments, the kitchen includes all you need - decent fridge, hob, grill, oven, micro, pans, implements. The mug selection was poor so we bought some more :)It was obviously all put together as a high end apartment. The AirCon was excellent.The main issues we had were building noise, lack of keys, and useless TV.The building noise was unfortunate but happens. However, the one set of keys provided is simply not enough and adds a totally unnecessary inconvenience. The TV in the living room had a badly scratched screen, was many years old, and just had an internet box to stream that wasn’t set up. Had to go and buy an Apple TV box myself. We enjoyed our stay - Cala de Mijas is a great place to go. For us though, we missed having a sea view and no sun on a balcony :)

Location is everything, steps away from the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, cafes playground and supermarkets - everything you need within easy walking distance. We traveled with our young baby and the travel cot and high chair provided were brilliant, the baby was really comfortable and cosy in the cot each night. The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and modern and fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and more. Communication with the Cubo team was brilliant, they are so helpful and responsive. There is no lift in the apartment block, so you will have to climb one set of stairs to access the apartment. We would absolutely book again!

Stayed 3rd week in June, weather was amazing. We know the area well as have family in La Cala, so maybe a little bias, but it is a perfectication for a quiet Spanish beach holiday. San Juan festivities definitely worth being in La Cala for!

- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
- Pets not allowed.
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
