- Casa de los Navas: In the 1920s and 1930s, along with the first hotels such as the Parador de Montemar and the Castillo del Inglés (Santa Clara Hotel Residence), some wealthy families chose Torremolinos as their second home. Therefore, houses and buildings were constructed, some of which are of notable architectural interest, such as the Navajas family residence near Bajondillo, or the Huerta del Rincón in La Carihuela, the latter being privately owned. The Navajas House is very close to Bajondillo beach and can be accessed via the street of the same name or via Las Mercedes road. Admission is free.
