The outdoor barbecue area is perfect for preparing delicious meals outdoors, while keeping an eye on children playing nearby.
This property has an unbeatable location: less than 10 minutes by car from the airport, the beach and the centre of Málaga. In addition, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas such as the Guadalhorce Park and golf courses, with easy access to public transport (bus stop 160 metres away).
Inside, the 215 m² villa offers five bedrooms furnished with good taste, bright and cosy, with capacity for 10 people. Two special rooms stand out: an attic with skylights that provides unique light and an ideal desk for working or studying, and the main bedroom on the second floor with its own television, private living room and a spacious bathroom to relax after a day of excursions or beach.
The living room is spacious and elegant, with free WiFi and television so you can enjoy family moments or absolute rest. The modern and bright kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare your meals, and if you need something else, you have shopping centres and supermarkets just a few minutes away.
The villa is air-conditioned with a gas boiler for the coldest days and air conditioning throughout the house, except for one room on the ground floor. The heated pool will be available at 28 °C from October 1st to April 30th, with a daily supplement and must be booked for the entire stay.
To ensure a peaceful coexistence, the urbanisation has security personnel who supervise safety and respect among neighbours, ensuring a family-friendly and peaceful environment. Parties and loud music are not permitted, ideal for those seeking rest and privacy.

I was really impressed with villa . Supermarket just a few minutes walkyou could go to Aldi about 5 minutes on the bikes provided by the villa a great extra for the kids . Rooms weee spacious and clean. Master suite is fabulous. Uber cheap enough andsee more

The villa is as per the photos. The pool is around 7 metres at its longest and 4 metres wide. It has a shallow end via steps and reaches around 1.75 metres at the deepest part. The BBQ is charcoal so you'll need to purchase this. Good wifi coverage asee more

The BBQ is charcoal so you'll need to purchase this. Good wifi coverage across the villa. The area is very peaceful and in a residential area. Walkable to the beach which is peaceful. Small bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Take away locations that will deliver via uber eats if necessary. Easy to use as a base. We had cars for ease, but bus routes nearby and taxis regularly seen in use. Total journey time from airport no more than 15 minutes. No other reviews appeared to have mentioned the airplanes -yes they are regular and you can hear them however this did not affect our use of the villa and the outside spaces.

Lots of outdoor space to sit around and generally very comfortable and well equipped.One issue we encountered was in relation to the swimming pool. We had requested to have the pool heated for the duration of our stay however there was an issue with a leak. On arrival I was told I only had to pay half of the heating amount, we would have to top up the water throughout our stay, but the pool heating would remain on. This however did not work out and by the end of our stay the pool was completely cold. This was extremely disappointing as we had kids in our group and the pool was what they loved the most. Other than that we had a fantastic stay, it was a pity about the pool as it was the only thing that was not perfect.

Very nice and big place. Airco in almost every room and nice interior. The kitchen got everything you need and the swimming pool is also very nice. Had a great time with my friends. Pro tip: rent a car if you stay here.

Amazing time. Beautiful villa with a lovely pool. Bus stop nearby for public transport into Malaga, also the villa is not far from a huge shopping mall with a good choice of restaurants and designer stores. It was pretty easy getting an uber wheneversee more

It was pretty easy getting an uber whenever we needed a taxi. Location also meant we were a short car ride away from Toromolinos. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the bbq area was great. We also made use of the bikes provided, which was great. The customer service and information provided by the lovely lady that met us at the start of the holiday was great too. 👍

Cleanliness of the outside furniture particular the rattan seating covers and sunbed covers. These are the items we used most and they were really grubby and stained. The rest of they Villa was good.

We stayed in this villa with a group of 8 people. It is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. The outdoor area is very comfortable and spacious as well including a large pool.The villa is located outsisee more
We stayed in this villa with a group of 8 people. It is very spacious with 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen and living room. The outdoor area is very comfortable and spacious as well including a large pool.The villa is located outside the city center, close to the airport. However, there are many UberBolt taxis available which can take you to the center for about 12€. Beach and supermarket are on walking distance, but there are also two bikes available in the house.

The area is quiet and peaceful but there are not a lot of barsrestaurants nearby, however, both Malaga city centre and Torremolinos are only a quick taxi ride away and Ubers are available all the time. Enjoyed my stay.

The villa is very nice and is situated in a lovely location. Very spacious and clean with beautiful interiors. There is a wonderful outdoor area where we enjoyed various meals, relaxed on the couch and swam in the pool.The agency allowed us to drop see more

There is a wonderful outdoor area where we enjoyed various meals, relaxed on the couch and swam in the pool.The agency allowed us to drop our luggages off prior to the check-in time, which was very helpful. The agency/owner were very kind and would also send us recommendations about the neighborhood and things to do/visit in Malaga.A few things to improve/suggestions:Wifi only works in certain areas of the house. For example, it doesn't work in the outdoor area and on the third floor. Dishwasher tablets were not provided. Only one set of keys is provided (we asked for an extra pair but it was not possible). When you have a group of 8/10 people trying to access the house at different times it can be a bit difficult to manage.There was also a construction site next to the house where they would start working and making noise (jack hammering etc.) from 7am-8am in the morning. That was not ideal if you are trying to relax and have some rest.Either way, the villa is beautiful and comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay there. We highly recommend it and we would love to visit again!

The Villa was amazing! It was so clean. Location was good, short way to nearest bus stop. Pool was heated so the Kids enjoyed even though it was raining for two days. We Will definitely visit there again.

La casa es perfecta, bonito jardín, tiene de todo y está muy limpia. Muy cerca de Málaga ciudad y del centro comercial, también de la playa, excelente ubicación para nosotros. El servicio también estupendo, si tienes algún problema te atienden de inmediato. Nos encanta y repetiremos seguro.
