The villa is located on a fenced plot surrounded by citrus plantations, with natural paths ideal for walking, cycling routes and bird watching. The large swimming pool (20x5 metres) is perfect for doing lengths and keeping fit, and has an outdoor bathroom with shower for greater comfort. The house is really big and comfortable. The pool/barbeque area is fantastic. Pedro, the caretaker who lives in the lower part of the house, is extremely friendly and totally respects your privacy. We enjoyed the rural feeling of the place there aresee more

The strong points of the villa are its location and its very large swimming pool in the heart of nature.
A coffee machine has been added in the kitchen, that’s great ! It was really missing !

A few windows or doors are not closing/opening properly A “no more used fountain-drain” in the outdoor patio filled with still water and stones is crowded with mosquito larvae Mosquito screensee more

Finca La Torre de la Noria is a wonderful place. We have had beautiful months enjoying oranges, pool, patio and a huge house with all necessities included. Great service from Vite made it even better. Highly recommended!

There is a housekeeper living in the same place but he was really nice and he never disturbed our stay. We had a great time, there are some animal sounds coming from around, just to let you know. )

Beautiful place with orange plantation around it. Some parts are outdated but the views do pay it off. Best part of out stay were the 4 doggies that live with the keeper and come around from time to time to say hello.

The house is lovely. The pool is great and the neighbour living downstairs (Peter) will help where he can when you need help. During our stay we had a forest fire quite close. The in between broker did not helpinform us. The neighbour did! He gave ussee more

Musquito nets in all doors are not really working anymore so better use the airco.Airco's are new and in every room, perfect!Beaches and restaurants at 40 mins drive.Airport really close.I left the next tenants some good knives. If you like cooking, the kitchen is not really convenient ,)Pool and palmtrees make the outside great. Bbq is very pleasant too. Lots of seats and nice interior. Perfect family place.

Den Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bei Fragen und Problemen stand der Plantagenbetreiber, der auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft im Untergeschoss wohnt, stets freundlich zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ses chiens sont adorables, nous qui adorons les animaux c’est super, ils nous rendaient visite une fois par jour plus ou moins, ils assurent une certaine sécurité étant donné que la maison est située au milieu de la campagne ( le cadre est très agréable d’ailleurs) .La piscine est vraiment incroyable et bien rafraîchissante. Les seuls petits défauts de la maison sont les équipements très basiques et le fait qu’avoir une voiture sur place est quasi obligatoire. Nous avons passés un super séjour.

Enjoy with family this rural villa located in the quiet urbanisation of Sierra Gorda, Coín, with capacity for 10 people. The main house offers a cosy and familiar atmosphere with a swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the price, and a barbecue area perfect for unforgettable moments surrounded by loved ones. Additionally, it has a recreation basement equipped with a video game machine, pool table, indoor ping-pong, stick and table football, ideal for entertainment for all ages. Remember that to respect neighbourly rest, the recreation area must be used between 9:00 and 21:00.
The villa is distributed over two floors, with clear views of the Guadalhorce Valley and an excellent solar orientation. Its terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the views. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped to prepare your meals with comfort. The living-dining room is spacious and has a smart TV to relax after a day of exploration or rest.
