The paved road to Villa Las Lagunas de Azahar is in excellent condition, please drive carefully - access to the accommodation is 200 m of unpaved horizontal road through the pine forests to the "hidden valley". The views on the journey are spectacular and the location at the end of your journey is well worth the drive.

When you arrive at the villa you know you are arriving somewhere quite special... This spacious 340m² 100 year old property was recently renovated and extended to exacting standards and is set in its own private nature reserve in 55,000 m2 in the Valley of the Springs. It has mountain and lake views, plus plenty of privacy in a villa set back from other properties

The villa in Coín is comfortable and spacious, it has 6 bedrooms distributed in 3 houses with capacity for up to 14 people. Two of the houses are opened by default and THE THIRD HOUSE IS OPENED FROM THE 9TH PERSON, OF AGE AND WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT.

The living room of the main house comprises an open plan TV room with a television screen. This room is connected to the dining room that opens onto the outdoor terrace that overlooks the pool. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped modern kitchen. The double bedroom is also on the ground floor, and has an en-suite shower room.

On the first floor there is a private living room and a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks. Through this hall leads you to a spacious master bedroom with air conditioning and 2 single beds.

The fabulous pool is surrounded by extensive Mediterranean gardens that are an oasis of tranquility. It has wide, gentle Roman-style steps, ideal for children and older guests. Ample sunbeds are provided and if you need it the shade from the trees will keep you cool on hot summer days.

The sprawling estate boasts 2 lakes and an extensive avocado orchard that has been worked for hundreds of years with the original terraces in place.

It is a quiet place where you can relax with a book, enjoy the relaxing sound of the spring water, talk or have dinner with friends and family...
