Just five minutes by car from the centre, you can easily access a wide variety of leisure, dining and cultural activities in Málaga, both on the coast and inland, thanks to its excellent road connections 🚗.
The villa stands out for its cosy rural style, combining wood and stone that provide warmth and comfort. It has three bedrooms: on the ground floor there is a main bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with air conditioning and space to store your luggage. On the upper floor, under two-pitched wooden beam ceilings, you will find two double beds and a rest area with a desk, ideal if you need to work or study during your stay 💻.
The interior space includes a modern and fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, connected to the dining and television area, which guarantees pleasant moments with family or friends 🍽️📺.
Outside, the villa offers a spacious garden with a private pool, children's area and a spacious barbecue area, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors under the porch with a dining table and relaxing views. The outdoor furniture may vary depending on the weather, but always thinking about your comfort. The plot is fenced, ideal for families with children who can have fun in the children's area, although the supervision of the little ones is the responsibility of the adults, especially if they decide to climb up to the treehouse 🏊♂️🌳.
Access to the villa is made by means of a staircase, either from the garden or from the exterior car park, which has space for one car 🚗. It is important to mention that the owners reside in an independent apartment on the ground floor, without access to the swimming pool or the exteriors, thus guaranteeing the privacy of the guests. Only maintenance personnel access the exteriors to take care of the garden and pool.

We had a wonderful time at Pepi’s casa! The house is wonderful and so is Pepi! Although she lives downstairs you don’t even notice she is there. Pepi wants you to have a perfect stay, so you can ask her anything, anytime.

Quit area, private parking, very good mattresses on the beds, plenty of towels to use inside and outside. The house gives you enough space for up to six people. The garden is big with many sun beds and terraces, even you like sun or shadow. There is more than enough to do for children: swimming pool with a slide, treehouse, a little playground and even more. |

My daughter loved the trampoline and quick dips in the pool (we stayed in last week of November, so the water was cold). The pictures on the website were realistic, and there were no bad surprises.
The house is within walking distance of hiking trails (uphill), and beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. And grocery shopping is only 5-10min away by car. The owners live in the lower part of the house, but the house is divided in a good way so you won't be disturbed. |

We had a fabulous holiday in the villa. Everything you could want and more was provided. The garden was a private playground for my grandsons. We could walk into town but the outdoor kitchen was a huge plus we spent all our time outside. Highly recomsee more

We stayed at Villa Family for a week with our 2 grandchildren (2 & 6 yrs) and their parents. The children loved the generous amount of toys everywhere and we loved the safety of the gated property and especially the fenced pool. The kitchen was welsee more

The children loved the generous amount of toys everywhere and we loved the safety of the gated property and especially the fenced pool. The kitchen was well equipped and our chef son loved the outdoor griddle where he prepared all our meals and we could also dine outdoors. Our host Antonio was very responsive to all queries. The villa is on a charming lane lined with orange trees and there are lots of lemon trees in the garden. The property is well maintained, but some of the outdoor furniture is showing its age. A car is needed to go grocery shopping.

Our flight was delayed and yet, no problems at all, very flexible and no signs of inconvenience. The villa is fantastic, has everything you need for adults and children. amazing outdoor space and perfect for relaxing and cooking. the whole house was clean and tidy. You could easily stay there all day and there is enough things to keep the children busy. All facilities had clear instructions regarding how to use them. There is a petrol station in the proximity with very friendly staff, always helpful and lovely to talk to. Just 10 mins walking from Alhaurin el grande town centre with loads of nice bars and restaurants and very friendly people.We are very impressed with the villa and we would love to come back one day. we had a fantastic holiday there.
