Enjoy a modern and cosy villa of 250 m² with capacity for 12 people and 6 bedrooms, located just 3 km from Alhaurín el Grande. This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with stunning views of the sierra. In its spacious exteriors you will find a private pool 🏊♂️ with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing ☀️, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.
The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. Additionally, it features an electric car charging station 🚗⚡, an extra convenience for those travelling with this type of vehicle. The south-north orientation of the house allows enjoying natural light from dawn to dusk, with private terraces in each bedroom to relax and contemplate the landscape.
Inside, the villa is distributed over two floors. Very Nice villa. Clean and big. Enough space. Lovely garden and swimming pool. You need a car to go the shops. Supermarket about 10 to 15 minutes drive. Road to the villa needs an upgrade.

Almost a perfect holiday - the Villa is fantastic, large, clean, great pool which was maintained every couple of days and so much outdoor area for the kids to play. All four bedrooms were identical, all have balconies, and en suites which was fantastic for everyone to have their own space. The weather during our stay was incredibly warm so the air conditioning was welcome at night (although the electricity sometimes struggled to cope, but we were warned about this by our host up when we arrived.) What stopped it being the perfect holiday? Really small details, no local information pack available, one of the 5 Sun loungers was broken so there wasn’t enough for all of us to use at the same time, no tea towels provided in the kitchen to dry dishes (maybe I should’ve packed some, but I didn’t think to). If it wasn’t for these small details, it would definitely be a 5 star property, thanks for a lovely holiday!!

A lovely home in a lovely location. We loved our 2 weeks in this Villa and we were extremely disappointed to leave. Stunning views and incredibly peaceful. Charlie was very responsive and Nina was also a great help. Could not recommend more! 10/10

Lovely big villa with plenty of room for all 8 of us who stayed. The views from the garden are beautiful and the outside area is great for relaxing and eating outside. The pool was great but as expected a little cold in October. You must have a car tsee more

The pool was great but as expected a little cold in October. You must have a car to get around as it’s a rural location but this adds to the relaxation. The villa is new and needs a few things refining hence giving a 4 star review instead of 5. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Cubo's Finca El Balcón de las Lomas is a 150 m² dwelling that offers all the amenities for a comfortable and exclusive stay. Located on a hill, this fenced property guarantees maximum privacy, with high walls that isolate the neighbouring house, creating a calm and safe environment for the whole family. 🚗🔒 The spacious parking area allows children to play freely and safely within the enclosed plot.
The exteriors are divided into three main areas: a porch with a summer kitchen equipped with a gas barbecue, stove and sink, ideal for family lunches in the shade; a wooden pergola with a noble table to enjoy unforgettable outdoor meals; and a pool and jacuzzi area (with additional cost) illuminated to refresh or relax while contemplating the impressive views. 🌞🍖💦

Inside, the modern American kitchen with high-end appliances and a large window overlooking the pool, offers a bright and functional space, connected to a cosy living room with a fireplace and television, perfect for warm nights and family moments. 🔥📺
The ground floor has three double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, exterior windows that provide natural light and individual air conditioning for total comfort. On the upper attic floor, there are two single-bed rooms and a small living room with a sofa bed and television, ideal for accommodating two extra places. 🛏️❄️
The accommodation has a sophisticated WIFI system for indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring connection in all areas. Additionally, it is informed that during the stay there may be pool and outdoor maintenance, with prior notice to the traveller. 🖥️📶
