The pool, 6x4 meters and depth from 1.3 to 2 meters, includes a decorative waterfall and a small upper pool that is heated in summer, ideal for sitting and enjoying the sunset. This area is surrounded by forest, providing a natural and peaceful environment, and has a gas barbecue and a decorative viewpoint with a swing (not enabled for use). ☀️🏊♂️🍹
The exterior area of the house is located on a terrace, with a terrace that offers views of the mountain and the forest. Here you will find a covered area with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture for dinners or lunches outdoors, directly connected to the main living room for greater comfort. For rest and entertainment, the house has two lounges with a fireplace (firewood not included), comfortable sofas, television and wifi connection included. The only thing to note is that the driveway is tricky if you have a big car, so I suggest parking at the end of the driveway.

Het stadje alhuarin El Grande ligt op een steenworp van het verblijf en er zijn tal van prachtige dorpjes (Monda is een aanrader) en er is veel natuurpracht (watervallen,….) Er zijn in en rond het huis talloze te ontdekken hoekjes en plekjes waar je kan vertoeven. Het zwembad is fantastisch en het uitzicht vanop het terras adembenemend. Een aanrader!

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der wunderschön angelegte Gartenbereich mit schönen Pflanzen, Zitrusbäumen und so vielen liebevoll angelegten, lauschigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gab immer wieder etwas Neues zu entdecken. Auch die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Mit einem fantastischen Gasherd, guten Töpfen, Pfannen und diversen Smag- Geräten war sie besser ausgestattet als viele andere Küchen. Bei unserer Ankunft hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Strom und mussten uns mit den Hausbesitzern in Verbindung setzen. Diese haben sich sofort um die Instandsetzung gekümmert.Das Einzige, was eventuell verbesserungswürdig wäre, ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden gerne mal im Mai oder September wiederkommen.

Man hat einen riesigen Bereich für sich selbst zum entspannten Barbeque, Baden, Sonnen etc.Die meisten Räume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird.Sowohl vom Pool aus als auch von der Terrasse ist der Ausblick atemberaubend.Einziges Manko für uns: Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer und Kissen empfanden wir als sehr hart und unbequem. Alles in allem hat hier aber beinahe alles gestimmt und ich kann die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ideal for families or groups of friends, it features a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a central island fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. The main double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the mezzanines offer beds for 4 additional people. Additionally, it has a spacious bathroom with a double shower and an independent toilet.
The loft is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heating by heat pump or pellet stove, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. You can park up to 3 vehicles within the plot, without losing space for leisure or play.
