Air-conditioned in the common area of the living room and bedrooms, this semi-detached house will help you to rest and be close to nature trails, beautiful cycling trails or enjoy the interior of the province of Malaga, being able to visit the Caminito del Rey by train or car. There is also a network of regional roads in Malaga that will allow you to travel throughout the province, from the Costa del Sol to the Guadalhorce Valley, enjoying a day of adventure, culture and nature.

At the entrance, after the small entrance hall, you can see the architecture of the house, distributed on two floors, on the lower floor you will find the living room, the kitchen-dining room and its exit to the outside patio, a toilet and the staircase to go up to the upper floor.

The living room is designed to relax, watch TV with the family and spend some pleasant moments. It has a sofa, television and armchairs.

The kitchen is spacious, with all the necessary appliances to make your day-to-day life easier and to be able to prepare any kind of lunch. It has a washing machine area and access to the outside patio. The outdoor patio has outdoor furniture to enjoy with the family, it is shaded with an awning, although it has natural shade in the afternoon. It is a very pleasant space for the evenings after a long day of excursions.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all with air conditioning, windows to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
