Holiday home in Marbella for 6 people
With a good location within the municipality of Marbella, you will be close to the commercial centre of Marbella, as well as the different roads that will take you to any point of the province of Malaga.
The accommodation is located within an urbanisation with communal garden and swimming pool areas, these areas are subject to rules of behaviour and use, you must always respect these rules.
To access the pool and garden area you have to go outside the urbanization. A short distance of about 30 or 50 metres, depending on the access you choose.
The car park offered by the accommodation is an outside area next to it, although it has the casuistry of not having a ford, so that although this space cannot be occupied as it is a residential area, access to it can be obstructed by another vehicle.
The entrance of the property, facing the outside street, offers a nice covered porch with a gate at the entrance. Outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast.
The architecture of the accommodation has three spaces. A ground floor, a first floor and finally a first floor.
On the ground floor, next to the beautiful porch, we have a nice living room, where you can make family life, which together with the small (but comfortable kitchen) can easily serve lunch at the table. There is also a television and a toilet on this ground floor. You will also have access to the stairs to the upper floors.
On the first floor of the accommodation, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have access to a nice terrace (the terrace is the same for these two rooms), which makes them very bright and cool, although each bedroom has air conditioning. They also have space to store your luggage in a comfortable and tidy way. There is also a comfortable bathroom on this floor.
On the first floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom (outside the bedroom) with a walk-in shower. This bedroom has a private terrace, is very luminous and cosy. It has a double bed for your rest and a wardrobe to keep your luggage tidy. The terrace is only for this bedroom, with nice partial sea, mountain and city views. It has an awning to protect you from the afternoon sun.
The booking of this accommodation is subject to the retention of a deposit by credit or debit card. The refund of this deposit will be executed 48 hours after your departure, provided that the host does not exercise his right to retain it for the value of the damage generated by you. Please read the accommodation rules included in your check-in instructions.
