Located on the first floor with a lift, it features contemporary decor and a large window that provides brightness and exterior views 🌅. The 40 m² space is very well distributed: an open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer) to prepare your meals 🍳, a television area with a sofa to relax and a comfortable double bed with independent light to read before sleeping 📺🛏️. Additionally, it has a balcony and space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.
You will be able to park with comfort in a numbered space within the covered garage of the urbanisation 🚗. In the surroundings, you will enjoy two spacious communal swimming pools, ideal for refreshing yourself and relaxing, respecting the rules and usage hours 🏊♂️.

C’est bien situé, près du port de Cabopino et des plages. L’endroit est propre et cosy, parfait pour une personne. Le propriétaire est très gentil et m’a donné des conseils sur où aller. J’ai aussi adoré les petits cafés tout proches . Il manquait jsee more

My friends and I stay in this studio for a few days, and it’s amazing! The location is awesome, right near Cabopino Port and so close to the beach. We love how cozy and modern the studio feels, and the balcony view is so cool. The area has lots of cute shops and restaurants, so there’s always something to do. The parking spot was super handy since we rented a car to explore around. Definitely recommending this place to anyone looking for a chill beach stay!

Wir sind gerade aus unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Studio zurück und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Cabopino-Hafen ist wunderschön, und die Strände sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Tag hatten wir ein kleines Problem mit der Klimaanlage, aber die Agentur hat es schnell gelöst. Der private Parkplatz ist ein großer Vorteil, besonders in der Gegend. Wir empfehlen diesen Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer!
