Immerse yourself in the comfort of this spacious terraced house located in a prestigious urbanisation in Mijas, designed for 4 guests. Distributed over three levels, this house combines modernity and nature to offer you an unforgettable holiday experience. From the private garden terrace, you will have direct access to one of the two communal swimming pools, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun ☀️. On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room opens onto the tranquil garden, ideal for family meals or moments of rest. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker ☕, although one of the refrigerators will not be available. Additionally, it has a toilet for greater comfort.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds, both with spacious views and storage space. The roof terrace, with its solarium, is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and moments of serenity 🌅.
The location is simply unbeatable: surrounded by golf courses, nature trails and close to beaches, restaurants and cities like Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola and Marbella. It is a few kilometres from sandy and rocky beaches, supermarkets, water parks and nature areas, ideal for those who enjoy golf, hiking or cycling 🚴♂️. Although sports equipment is not provided, the area invites adventure and relaxation. The house has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating, wifi, outdoor parking, barbecue and multiple televisions for your entertainment 📺. In addition, it has mosquito nets throughout the accommodation for your comfort.

With capacity for 4 people, distributed over two floors and an independent garage space with communal access, it is the ideal refuge to discover Las Lagunas de Fuengirola and the entire Costa del Sol. The strategic location allows easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and tourist attractions such as water parks, the beach and golf courses.
Outside, you will have a spacious garden with access to three communal swimming pools where you can sunbathe or enjoy a good book in the shade of the trees (although there are no sunbeds or outdoor furniture in the common areas). In addition, it has a private landscaped area with a charcoal barbecue and direct access to the garden and the nearest pool.
