Located within a beautiful residential complex with a communal swimming pool, you will enjoy a privileged location near the Duquesa Marina and with excellent connections to explore Málaga and Cádiz, including Algeciras and Tarifa, less than an hour by car. 🚗✨
The property, of 244 m², has five bedrooms distributed across several floors —accessed via comfortable stairs— where four rooms have double beds and one has a single bed plus an extra bed. Two bedrooms include an en-suite bathroom and the rest share strategically located bathrooms. All bedrooms offer terraces or balconies with sea views, creating a relaxing and bright atmosphere. 🌅🛏️
Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with outdoor furniture that invites you to create unforgettable family moments. The living-dining room, connected to a fully equipped American kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more), is the ideal place to share home-cooked meals or rest after a day at the beach. 🍽️☕

Stayed here with a few friends, and we absolutely loved it! The house was super close to the beach, so we could go for a swim whenever we wanted. The neighborhood was pretty chill, and we found some amazing little places to eat nearby – the seafood wsee more

The neighborhood was pretty chill, and we found some amazing little places to eat nearby – the seafood was awesome! We even cooked some dinners in the house and enjoyed eating out on the terrace. The Wi-Fi was also pretty good, which was great for our movie nights.
