With over 200 m² of living space, the homes are surrounded by nature and offer all the amenities for unforgettable holidays. Their privileged orientation guarantees sun all day long and spectacular mountain views, while their proximity to urban centres such as Cártama and Cártama Station facilitates access to supermarkets, restaurants and services.
In the exterior, you will enjoy two private salt water pools that are fenced, landscaped areas with sunbeds, spacious terraces, barbecue and ideal spaces for outdoor meals or relaxing while the little ones have fun. Additionally, there are outdoor bathrooms for greater comfort. 🏊♂️🍽️🌞
The interior of both houses is distributed across 5 bedrooms (some with double beds and others with single beds or bunk beds), all with air conditioning, mosquito nets and luggage space. The living-dining rooms offer a cosy atmosphere with fireplace, sofas, television and internet, and the open-plan kitchens are fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and all necessary kitchenware.
