Its private plot features a small dam with a waterfall and is surrounded by a well-maintained garden with grass and a variety of plants 🌸. The house is filled with natural light throughout the day thanks to its strategic location. Enjoy unforgettable moments in the large private pool with an unheated jacuzzi and a barbecue area perfect for preparing outdoor meals 🍖. Access is simple, although it includes a one-kilometre stretch of unpaved, compact earth road, suitable for any vehicle 🚗.
At the entrance, you will be greeted by a porch with benches and a jasmine corridor that fills the environment with a relaxing aroma as evening falls 🌼. Inside, the 80 m² dwelling is divided into two floors: the upper floor houses the main bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, as well as a desk ideal for working with a laptop 💻.
