Description
Ideal house for families who want to enjoy being in a rural environment with an intimate pool and outdoors to enjoy with the family, and at the same time, be close to businesses, road links and leisure and restaurant venues. This will increase your holiday experiences with places like El Caminito del Rey, located in Ardales, where you can enjoy unique landscapes in Europe.
Beaches and urban centers such as Malaga capital, Marbella or Fuengirola are also less than an hour away by car.
You will not have problems accessing the accommodation and you will be able to store your vehicle outdoors but within the fully fenced plot. You can access the pool, barbecue and outdoor area from both sides of the house or through the accommodation's living room, which is the first room along with access to the large kitchen. You can enjoy lunches both in the living room and outdoors, without disturbing those who want to rest.
The exteriors, together with the large pool it offers, offer different experiences, from sunbathing in a hammock, to resting in a beautiful shaded space, preparing a barbecue or paella thanks to the gas donut that the accommodation includes in its kitchenware. In this exterior you will also find a practical toilet with a shower tray where you can wash yourself after using it.
The accommodation's bedrooms, which are five, are divided into three on the lower floor, with windows to the outside and space for luggage. These three bedrooms on the lower floor are equipped with two rooms with a double bed and the third with two single beds.
On the upper floor, with an attic character, you will find two bedrooms, with enough space for two single beds per bedroom. There is also a toilet in this area (no shower or bathtub, only toilet and sink)
The accommodation has free WI-FI.

Very nice place, easy to find and the garden is so beautiful and peacefullyou cant hear the trafic so its perfect for getting away from the citythe place was lacking proper wine glasses but we bought some cheap ones and left behind i can only reccomesee more

Outdoor area was perfect to deal with the hot weather. Had a few minor (expected) issues and hosts arrived within 10 minutes to sort them out. Couldn’t ask for more really. From arrival to departure 9 of us left very happy.

We came back after our amazing stay last year and this year did not dissapoint. We love this house and especially the garden. The only thing that we didnt like is that the house has I believe 5 bedrooms but they are not automatically all available ansee more

A lovely villa with great views of the mountains. On one of the days we had issues with the cleanliness off the pool but having the owners contact details this was sorted straight away. would recomend for a family holiday but would recomend a hire casee more

Zewnętrzna kuchnia z grillem tradycyjnym i gazowym. Wnętrze domu bez przepychu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Duża przestrzeń na zewnątrz, dużo miejsca na samochód i inne pojazdy. Sklep w zasięgu raczej dojazd samochodem, popularne markety 15 minut samochodem. Restauracje w pobliżu, nie korzystaliśmy.

Zeer mooie locatie en rustig gelegen huis. Met een mooie tuin en zwembad. Het enige wat ons tegenviel was dat de kamers op de bovenverdieping allemaal een zeer schuindak hadden, dus daar kon je bijna niet normaal rechtop lopen. Ook wordt er niet duidsee more

Het enige wat ons tegenviel was dat de kamers op de bovenverdieping allemaal een zeer schuindak hadden, dus daar kon je bijna niet normaal rechtop lopen. Ook wordt er niet duidelijk vermeldt dat de 2de badkamer (wc, wastafel en douche) zich buiten bevindt. Verder was de communicatie top! Met de receptie en ook de huiseigenaren.

Gezellige tuin met volledige privacy en vele zon/,schaduw plekjes. De finca ligt rustig en op 10 min rijden van een Lidl en een Mercadona in Coin. Coin is een aangenaam stadje. Malaga, Marbella en andere kuststadjes liggen op ongeveer 30 min rijden.see more

Malaga, Marbella en andere kuststadjes liggen op ongeveer 30 min rijden. Verwarming in alle kamers. Hele fijne en discrete eigenaars die eventuele kleine tekorten onmiddellijk oplossen.

Het huis is super mooi gelegen en heeft een mooi zwembad met genoeg lig bedden. De aankomst was netjes geregeld door Cubo’s maar verder hebben we direct contact gehad met de eigenaar van het huis. De eigenaren waren super behulpzaam, gaven ons aanbevsee more
Het huis is super mooi gelegen en heeft een mooi zwembad met genoeg lig bedden. De aankomst was netjes geregeld door Cubo’s maar verder hebben we direct contact gehad met de eigenaar van het huis. De eigenaren waren super behulpzaam, gaven ons aanbevelingen voor bars en restaurants in de omgeving en handelden snel op vragen. De communicatie met de eigenaren was top.

Het was een heerlijk huis Waanzinnige tuin met zwembad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Cristina de dochter van de eigenaar communiceert in goed Engels En reageert snel op een apje Als je een lichte slaper bent heb je wel een probleem vanwege de vele honden in de omgeving die ‘s nachts vaak aanslaan. Eigenaar komt vrij snel als je wat nodig hebt Aardige host dus zeker een aanrader. Het is aan te lopen naar het centrum wel alleen maar omhoog. Goede bedden ! Alles in de keuken aanwezig alleen geen koffiezetapparaat. Die we zelf voor 15€ aangeschaft hebben
