Located a few kilometres from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, you will be able to enjoy a spacious family accommodation, with four bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. Within a few minutes drive you will be able to enjoy the local businesses of Alhaurín el Grande, restaurants, food and leisure. You will also be able to access the different roads that will take you to any point in the province of Malaga.

With private outdoor parking you will be able to park up to two cars in line within the fenced plot of the accommodation. Although the access road is narrow, parking in reverse will not be a problem.

This accommodation is subject to a security deposit which must be paid on arrival or during the booking process (each portal has its own method). It is compulsory to pay the deposit, which will be returned to you a few days after your departure when the condition of the house is checked. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to ask your agency.

The exterior of the accommodation is spacious, with outdoor furniture and three terraces, where you can enjoy beautiful views and sunbathe, read a book or simply relax away from the pool area.

Surrounded by natural grass, the swimming pool is large with a handrail to make the entrance safer and with outdoor furniture. There are eight sun loungers, six in the garden and two on one of the terraces. You can also have lunch and enjoy this space thanks to the outdoor furniture provided in the accommodation. To access the swimming pool you have to go out of the main door of the accommodation, it is at a lower level and surrounded by high hedges that will provide you with extra privacy.

Built in the basement (at the moment this floor is not enabled), ground floor and first floor, you will have the desired space for you and your family to enjoy and rest. On the ground floor, at the entrance through the main door, we have a reception area that leads to the kitchen, living-dining room with access to a large terrace, a complete bathroom and a bedroom. On the upper floor, after climbing a comfortable staircase, there are three bedrooms, two of them with access to an outside terrace, a shared bathroom, a rest area to the right of the final flight of stairs and a comfortable terrace with two sun loungers and a parasol for sunbathing.

The kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for storage and cooking, is equipped with everything you need for your enjoyment. It is spacious and bright and is connected through a door to the living-dining room. A large, bright living-dining room with access to an outside terrace that, on the corner, borders the front of the property on two sides, with a view of the swimming pool garden at the end, ideal for keeping the little ones under supervision when they are enjoying themselves. This terrace has outdoor furniture that will be useful when you want to have lunch under cover, but with the feeling of being outdoors that this terrace provides.

The living-dining room has two areas, one for dining and the other for relaxation and leisure with Smart-TV, which thanks to the internet connection will allow you to continue enjoying your favourite series and films.

The bedrooms have windows to the outside, wardrobes or furniture to store your luggage. There are four bedrooms, three on the upper floor and one on the ground or lower floor.

The ground floor bedroom has a double bed.

The bedrooms on the upper floor have:

Master bedroom: Double bed, access to terrace and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: With a bunk bed and a single bed.
Third bedroom: Two single beds and access to the terrace. This terrace is the same as the main bedroom.
