You will enjoy this beautiful accommodation, with mountain views, lots of privacy and ideal exteriors to disconnect and enjoy your holidays to the full.
With a beautiful private swimming pool, gardens, outdoor furniture and barbecue area, you will have several corners to keep the little ones in sight when they are enjoying the pool and at the same time you will be able to find your place inside the accommodation. A family furniture, to chat, be with the family, enjoy the barbecue and generate those memories that will make you enjoy this beautiful accommodation.
You will have air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living-dining room.
Please note that in order to stay in this property a deposit is required to be paid before the keys are handed over.

The location is very good, only five minutes drive from the road that can take you to Coín, Alhaurín el Grande or take the links to Málaga or Marbella. This good location will allow you without having to drive for a long time a very good proximity to urban centres.
You can leave your car a few meters ahead of the entrance of the house. It is a space provided by the owners.
It is a two-storey house, where at the entrance you will have a small corner that communicates with the garden area. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, the spacious living-dining room, a bedroom with double bed, window to the outside, television and space to store your luggage in an orderly way.
The living-dining room communicates through a large window with the outside area, you will always have visual contact even if you are on the sofa watching television. It is a large living room, with a fireplace for the coldest days of the year (firewood is not included in the price), air conditioning with heat pump if you prefer to use this method of heating or also to lower the temperature of the room. Ideal for the hottest days, where you can enjoy a nice family lunch at the dining table in this room,
Close to the living room you will also have access on this ground floor to a bright and nice kitchen, where you have everything you need to prepare any kind of lunch. This kitchen has an exit to the outside, a small back area with outdoor furniture, perfect to have a tea or a snack while cooking lunch for the family.
On this floor you will have a second bedroom with two single beds, with window to the outside, and space to store your luggage.
A comfortable bathroom with bathtub is also on this floor, just off the corridor leading to the stairs to the upper floor.
