The house has a lovely terrace facing the main street, perfect for relaxing, working with a laptop or enjoying a call in a relaxed environment. Inside, a cosy living-dining room with sofa bed and television connects to a fully equipped independent kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and more, so you can prepare your favourite dishes without complications.
With capacity for 10 people in 3 bedrooms, the house has air conditioning in all rooms, heat pump heating and wifi internet access, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The exteriors do not disappoint: private pool, several rest areas, garden furniture and an awning to have lunch in the shade after a barbecue. In addition, the plot is completely fenced, ideal for families with children.
The location is magnificent for those looking to combine relaxation and adventure: a few kilometers away you will find supermarkets, restaurants, water parks, sandy and rocky beaches, golf courses, and train and bus stations. All this in a rural and safe environment, ideal for children.

We had a wonderful stay. the Host (Pablo) was superb and went out of his way to please. He was always available for help and He took us both to and from the airport (even though we arrived on different days), and had no problem going to the house viasee more

He was always available for help and He took us both to and from the airport (even though we arrived on different days), and had no problem going to the house via the supermarket on the first day so we could get provisions for the week. The house is beautifully located on a family owned fruit farm and everyone is so friendly. The property is very comfortable and It felt like a home rather than just a holiday house.

Aunque la casa queda un poco apartada de Alhaurín, en coche está a unos 5 minutos del supermercado más cercano y por la autovía son unos 20 minutos hasta el centro de Málaga.

Aunque la casa queda un poco apartada de Alhaurín, en coche está a unos 5 minutos del supermercado más cercano y por la autovía son unos 20 minutos hasta el centro de Málaga. ¡El alojamiento está equipadísimo! No nos ha faltado casi de nada y nos ha sorprendido que hubiese incluso aceite y algunas especias para cocinar, y toallas tanto para el baño como para la piscina. La casa estaba muy limpia y el lavavajillas funcionaba a la perfección. Los exteriores también son geniales. Hay mucha privacidad por el lado que da a la calle y unas vistas muy agradables a un campo de mandarinas al otro lado. Si visitamos Málaga de nuevo, probablemente elegiremos quedarnos en Riad de Maruchi. |

This beautiful estate offers a spacious and sunny space for up to 10 people, with a perfect location just 10 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre and Alhaurín el Grande. You can enjoy golf, gastronomy, culture and leisure without the need for long journeys 🚗. If you feel like exploring a bit more, the beaches of Torremolinos and the centre of Málaga are about 25 minutes by car, thanks to the excellent road network in the area.
Accommodation and distribution
The main house has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds, as well as two full bathrooms with shower tray and a toilet. If the booking exceeds 8 people, an annex house will be opened with a bedroom with two single beds, a second complete kitchen and a living room with television, available for the 9th and 10th person with a supplement. This annex house will not be opened if the booking is 8 people or less.
Inside, the living room with a fireplace is a cosy corner to share moments in winter, while in summer you will enjoy the swimming pool and covered outdoor areas under the warm sun of Malaga. The pool, safe and fenced, is ideal for children to have fun while adults comfortably watch them from the barbecue area equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and atmosphere both day and night 🌅🍖.
