A set of accommodation ideal for travelling with the family without losing the intimacy of each family nucleus.
This set of advertisements is aimed at families who want to spend their holidays together but without the inconvenience of living together in the same accommodation.
Events such as weddings, christenings or communions are not permitted. As well as parties or birthday celebrations or stag or hen parties that disturb the rest of the neighbours' rest.
You will rent a series of studios and flats that can accommodate up to 20 people.
The location of these accommodations are within La Hacienda el Encinar, where the studios (of which there are three) are grouped in one area and the flats (of which there are two) close to them.
Please note that the rental of the accommodation does not imply that the entire hacienda is rented for you. You will share common areas with other guests if there is an overlap.
In the study area, you will be able to use the square to join the outside tables of each accommodation and have lunch with the family.
All the rooms where you will stay have television, air conditioning (the Cerro Muriano and Villaharta accommodations only have air conditioning in the living room) and bathroom with shower.
In the Cerro Muriano and Villaharta flats there are two fully equipped kitchens with fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob and kitchenware. In the studios there is no kitchen, but they have a small fridge.
You can use the communal areas as a dining room or leisure area, as well as the swimming pool and gymnasium. Remember that it is possible that you will be living with other travellers outside your family.
LOCATION
25 minutes from the city of Cordoba. The surrounding area offers a wide range of natural spaces and outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, bird watching and local fauna.
In the nearby villages such as Villaharta or Espiel, you will find solutions for different needs; pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Also for an urgent purchase you can go to the Repsol petrol station.
This Hacienda is located in a large rural urbanization. With private access to it. The roads that lead you to your destination are not asphalted, but they are very well maintained and do not pose any problem for your driving.
Both the plot where you will be staying and the residential area are fenced around the perimeter. Making walking and cycling routes easy and safe without leaving the community.
THE HACIENDA
This Hacienda houses several studios and flats, communal areas to facilitate your day to day life that will provide you with the experiences you desire for your holiday.
As it is a large complex with many elements of use, there is a guard or maintenance staff who will be happy to help you with any problems you may have.
Below you will find more information about the common areas and their use, always linked to the decisions of the owners.
POOL AREA
Large swimming pool where you can enjoy with the family, sunbathe or relax in the areas set aside for this purpose.
Everyone should enjoy this space (remember that you are travelling to a space with several accommodations) and the shaded areas or furniture are not assigned to any studio or flat, use them responsibly and do not monopolise more than you need.
The swimming pool will have a timetable and rules of use. It is your responsibility to follow these rules. Remember to keep an eye on your children, even when they are in the children's area. There is no lifeguard in the swimming pool area.
There are two gender-differentiated toilets near the pool for communal use.
DINING ROOM
Dining area with chairs and tables to be shared with the rest of the accommodation. Common use area.
PLAY AREA
Large communal games area. You will find a ping pong table, darts, television, comfortable sofas and tables for playing cards or board games.
Although the facilities are maintained daily, please remember to leave the area you have used as you found it.
GYM
Located a little after the pool area. You will have a space to do aerobic routines or stretching. It is not a professional gym, but it will help you to keep fit.
The use of these facilities is subject to a timetable, the use of towels and the individual cleaning of the machines or elements you use is compulsory.
PARKING AREA
Access to this specific area to park your vehicle is by code, which will be given to you on the day of your arrival. The maintenance or reception team will help you if you have any problems.
MAINTENANCE
Due to the size of the Hacienda, for a few hours a day (depending on maintenance needs) there will be a person in charge of maintenance.
The set of flats and studios in Cordoba can accommodate up to 20 people.
