Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This holiday complex for 20 people in Córdoba offers the perfect opportunity for several families to meet and enjoy their holidays without living together in a single accommodation, maintaining the privacy of each family unit. Located in La Hacienda El Encinar, the complex consists of three studios and two apartments, all equipped with air conditioning, television and private bathroom with shower tray. The apartments have complete kitchens, while the studios have a small refrigerator.
They will be able to share common areas such as the dining room, swimming pool, gym, and a large play area with a ping-pong table, darts, and spaces for socializing, ideal for children and teenagers to have fun together. The pool is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, with shaded areas and communal furniture for responsible use. The gym, although not professional, provides a space for stretching and yoga, with rules that ensure its proper maintenance.
The Estate is located just 25 minutes from Córdoba capital, surrounded by nature and outdoor activities such as hiking, bicycle routes and wildlife observation in Sierra Morena. Nearby, in Villaharta and Espiel, you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and other services necessary for a comfortable stay.
Access to the property is private, with unpaved but well-maintained paths. The plot and the urbanisation are fenced, which allows safe walks and bicycle routes without leaving the enclosure. A maintenance team is available to resolve any incidents during the stay.
This rental does not imply total exclusivity of the estate, so it is possible to share spaces with other guests, so coexistence, the rest of the neighbours and the rules of the premises must be respected. Events such as weddings, baptisms, communions or parties that alter the rest are not allowed.
The set offers 180 m² of accommodation with mountain views, equipped with garden, barbecue, wifi internet access, heating, mosquito nets and covered parking. The American kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay.

Nos pasamos un find increible en esta csa rural 🏡. Eramo un grupo d amigos d 5 y la casa tenía todo lo q necesitábamo. Piscina, barbacoa y una terraza pa' pasar las tardes. Lo único q faltaba eran algunos utensilios d cocina, pero x lo demás, todo pesee more

Pone por escrito que los clientes pueden hacer uso de todas las instalaciones y nos querían cobrar por el salón, por la sala de ocio, gimnasio.... La luz general del complejo saltó como 20 veces y tuvimos que salir fuera del recinto a encender los plomos porque saltaban mucho. No había agua caliente en uno de los apartamentos. La limpieza de los estudios y apartamentos en los que nos alojamos no era buena (balletas sucias acartonadas debajo del lavabo del baño, sumideros de ducha llenos de pelos, una toalla llena de barro, pelos debajo de las toallas de los pies...) cosas que se pueden mejorar en un sitio tan bonito. El trato al cliente regular tirando a malo, cuando llegó el encargado a recoger las llaves nos acusó de haber robado toallas en lugar de comprobar que estaban detrás de la puerta del baño, contando los dardos, regañando por haber movido las mesas del salón en lugar de comprobar que todo lo habíamos dejado limpio.... en fin, detalles que te echan para atrás para volver a alojarte allí y es una pena, porque el sitio está muy bien.

Je suis allé avec mes parents et mon petit frère, et on a adoré cette maison rurale. On a joué dans le jardin tout le temps et les feuilles étaient super belles parce que c'était l'automne. Ma chambre était trop cool et j'ai vu des étoiles la nuit. see more
