Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialised in holiday accommodations since 2005.
This apartment in Córdoba offers you an ideal space for families or groups of up to 8 people, located in a large Hacienda with a rural and natural environment that connects you with the Sierra Morena. It has three bedrooms (one adapted for people with reduced mobility) and a sofa bed, distributed between the main house and an external annex. The main house includes a spacious furnished porch, independent kitchen equipped with modern appliances (ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.), washing machine, Smart TV and air conditioning throughout the accommodation for your maximum comfort.
The rate is managed in 6+2 mode: up to 6 people the main house and one of the external bedrooms are enabled; from the 7th person onwards the second external bedroom is opened. In addition, the accommodation offers WiFi internet connection, luggage storage space, three bathrooms with shower tray and mosquito nets on all windows.
Location and environment
Located just 25 minutes from Córdoba capital, this Estate is situated in a rural urbanisation with private access, surrounded by perfect natural spaces for hiking, cycling routes and bird watching. The nearby districts such as Villaharta or Espiel have necessary services like pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as a nearby petrol station for any urgent purchase. The access roads are not asphalted but are well-maintained, facilitating trouble-free arrival.
The plot and the residential area are fenced, providing security and peace of mind to enjoy walks or bicycle routes within the community. It is recommended to respect neighbours and traffic rules.

- Community swimming pool: spacious and perfect for relaxing or having fun with the family. It has shaded areas and free furniture for all guests. Remember to use it responsibly and respect the schedules and rules, as there is no lifeguard. There are two separate toilets nearby.
