This charming apartment in Mijas Costa offers a modern and functional space with capacity for 4 people, perfect for couples or small families who want to enjoy the beach and nature. Located on the sixth floor with an elevator, it stands out for its sea views and gardens of a community with extensive green areas, swimming pools, children's areas and direct access to the coastal path and the beach.
The accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and sea views, and another also with a double bed, both with comfortable space to store luggage. The bright and modern living-dining room integrates with the terrace so you can have breakfast or lunch enjoying the landscape. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. The bathroom has a shower tray.
The location is unbeatable: just 50 metres from the sandy beach of Calahonda, with nearby supermarkets (Mercadona, CC La Cañada Shopping, Overseas British Supermarket), restaurants and excellent road and public transport connections (Avanza Mijas-Málaga bus line 150 m away). Additionally, it is a few kilometres from points of interest such as the Dunas de Artola natural park, golf courses, the city of Marbella, Fuengirola, and water and amusement parks for family plans.
The community has free unnumbered parking, and the swimming pool will remain open until September 30th, although there may be changes according to community decisions.

The view is amazing. The blue sky and the sea panorama are visible from rooms all day. You can hear the sea as well. The apartment is designed with good taste and equipped with good quality furniture. The sofa is very comfortable for watching movies.see more

The kitchen is very well equipped, everything we needed was provided. There are very good beds with nice linen, clean and fresh. It was very relaxing and we could have a good there. Nice and modern looking shower is in the bathroom and an anti vapor mirror. The apartment was very clean. I'm quite demanding but I didn`t find anything I could say I`m not satisfied. The surroundings is also very nice, well kept, clean, with flowers and trees. I could also park my car on the property. I really loved to walk on the promenade meeting nice people walking there as well. Sitting on the beach, enjoying the sea with no crowd disturbing was very good. I would like do do this again.

The host was incredibly friendly and provided us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and sights.The recently renovated property felt fresh and modern, while still maintaining its charm. We immediately felt at home in this comfortable space.The location is truly paradise-like, with direct beach access that made our beach-loving hearts soar. Waking up to the sound of waves and taking just a few steps to reach the golden sands was pure bliss.Calahonda's atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful, with clean, refreshing air. We loved exploring the area on foot, discovering cute restaurants offering delicious local and international cuisine.The tranquil environment was perfect for unwinding, and we found ourselves reluctant to leave at the end of our stay. In fact, we're already planning to book the same place for our next vacation!

It was well-equipped and impeccably clean, giving me a sense of safety and comfort. The facilities were excellent, with easy access to a private pool and beach. I also appreciated the quick connection to the main road leading to Fuengirola and Marbella. The staff upon arrival were incredibly nice and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I can’t wait to return!

Honestly this is one of the best places we have stayed at so far. We had an amazing stay, the apartment was very clean, well newly decorated and has an amazing see view! It’s right in the front of the water! A great safe and very peaceful Private location. Very nice walkable area near different wonderful beaches. We also enjoyed nice local restaurants. Not so far from both Malaga and Marbella which are both well connected with public transport. There also are many shops near the Appartement…last and not least, our host José ! Wow! a wonderful person …extremely nice, very productive and responsive and he even allowed us a very early checkin! He responded to all our inquiries within couple of minutes…thank you so much José , it was nice to meet you!

We would like to especially thank the host for welcoming us in such a kind and accommodating manner. Calahonda, Mijas is a jewel on the Costa del Sol. It is quiet, yet provides a lot of amenities, restaurants and activities for everyone. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
