Vacation flat in Mijas with sea views
With a capacity for five people, this beautiful flat with sea views and direct access to the community garden will provide you with the best experience you can have on the Costa del Sol.
Tennis court, paddle tennis, coastal promenade, beautiful gardens and an extensive beach to stroll along the coastal walkway that will allow you to discover different leisure and restaurant establishments located all along the coast from La Cala de Mijas to the Port of Cabopino.
If you travel by car (accommodation without assigned parking) you can enjoy the whole province of Malaga, the connections with the A7 motorway are very good and from there you can organize excursions to the eastern or western part of Malaga without forgetting the wonderful inland and white villages of the province.
The accommodation has a parking space which is not numbered. It is subject to random availability and depends on the good work of the other members of the community. In theory there should be one parking space per flat, but some users may bring in more than one vehicle. This inappropriate act of some users means that at certain times, especially in high season, there is no free parking space available. Both the agency and the owner are not responsible for this misuse and will not be held responsible nor will they consider compensation in the event that there is no parking space available.
Located in a ground floor, the access to the flat is by stairs or, if you are travelling with people with reduced mobility, you will have a special open lift for these cases.
At the entrance, you will have an overall view of the living-dining room, open-plan kitchen and outdoor terrace, all decorated in a harmonious, modern and functional style. Its terrace area will allow you to enjoy any time of the day, always with the sea in the background and the sea breeze. A comfortable sofa will help you to maintain moments of chat and tranquility, enjoying if you want a Smart TV with which you can continue to enjoy your series or movies. A dining table accompanies a fully functional open-plan kitchen where you will not lack anything to make your stay comfortable, simple and you can fully enjoy your holiday.
The sleeping area is divided into two bedrooms separated from each other by a spacious bathroom with shower and a small laundry area.
Two bedrooms, equipped with a double bed and two single beds and, although both have windows to the outside, the bedroom with the double bed stands out, with views of the sea.
Undoubtedly one of the best options for your holidays at any time of the year if you come to visit the province of Malaga and enjoy the Costa del Sol.
Please note that in order to stay in this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys.
The deposit will be released or refunded 48 hours after your stay.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for any possible restrictions in the water supply and how they may affect the traveller's stay, provided that these are decreed by the competent authorities and are compulsory.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance.

Just back from a memorable stay at this apartment which is front line beach/sea views. The owner was on site to meet us and even granted early access to check-in. The apartment was modern and wanted for nothing. Perfect setup for family with kids as see more
Just back from a memorable stay at this apartment which is front line beach/sea views. The owner was on site to meet us and even granted early access to check-in. The apartment was modern and wanted for nothing. Perfect setup for family with kids as both the pool and beach are within 20m of the terrace. The boardwalk along the coast provides easy walking access to plenty of restaurants and bars. I’d definitely reccomend staying here.

The position of this apartment is fantastic, just a few steps to the beach, I was worried we would be able to hear the road but all you can hear is the sea!

The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped and communication with Maria was great, we let her know via WhatsApp when we were leaving Malaga and she was waiting for us on arrival, giving us all the information we needed. I was concerned about only having one key but there is a gate with a code at the front so it was never an issue for us. |
