At 300 m. from the beaches of Marbella, it is located in an exclusive urbanization with a gated complex and 24-hour security, incredible gardens, impressive swimming pool, paddle tennis courts, covered games area, etc. It consists of a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower).
