Within the urbanisation, you will have two communal swimming pools at your disposal with extensive green areas, free sunbeds and toilets, accessible only to residents. This modern and functional space is designed to maximize views of the port, the sea, and the beach, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere. Fiber optic internet connection will allow you to enjoy your favorite series. The living room sofa converts into a bed with all bedding included to accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete kitchenware, and storage space. The high table in the dining room connects to a glazed terrace, ideal for enjoying the sea breeze from the comfort of home. Please note the instructions for the correct use of the glass panels on this terrace. In the living room, there is a decorative fireplace, not enabled for use, and an extensible barrier for children's safety, preventing access to the stairs.
