On the 30th floor, enjoy a rooftop pool with sun loungers and panoramic views, ideal for relaxing (subject to reservation and maximum capacity of 30 people). Additionally, the building offers exclusive common areas such as a projection room, coworking space, gym, and children's area, all accessible through an innovative app.
The apartment, on the fourteenth floor, has an advanced elevator system to facilitate your access. Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming space that connects to a fully equipped American kitchen with modern appliances (induction, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and more). The living-dining room has a Smart TV and large windows that fill the space with light and offer views of Málaga. The main bedroom with a double bed and integrated wardrobe guarantees rest and comfort, while the bathroom has a modern shower tray.
This 49 m² accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, wifi, washing machine, iron, garage in the same building and hairdryer. In addition, it is ideal for families, as it has a children's area and gym in the building.
