    Flat in the centre of Malaga, close to train station, metro and bus stops. Ideal for small families or couples who want to get to know Malaga without having to rent a car.

    In the well known district of Perchel, with its historic church and the famous Mercado del Carmen. The centre of Malaga, Muelle uno, the beaches of Huelin and La Malagueta are only a few minutes walk away and for those who do not want to rent a car or want to make a more sustainable holiday, all public transport in the city of Malaga is only a few minutes walk away. Go to the airport, Fuengirola or all the Costa del Sol with the suburban line C-1. Move around the city and take the city bus, for example to Gibralfaro. You will have all the possibilities of mobility even if you travel without a car.

    Accommodation without parking.

    Air conditioning in living room and bedroom.

    Located on a first floor without lift, at the entrance we have a spacious living room, where we can relax on the comfortable sofa, have lunch and prepare the next excursion. Communicated with the living room we have the kitchen, with everything you need to store your belongings and prepare any kind of lunch. Although we recommend that, if you can, you enjoy the gastronomic offer of the area where the accommodation is located.

    To rest you will have a three-place bunk bed, where the lower part of the bunk bed is a double bed. In this bedroom you will have a window to the outside (urban view) which, being high, gives a very nice brightness to this space. You can also store your luggage neatly in the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

    The bathroom is a bathroom with bathtub (the bathtub is small).
