Located in a quiet residential area near the centre, it has easy access to public transport, with the train and bus station just 750 metres away, making it easy to explore the Costa del Sol without the need for a vehicle 🚆🚌. Just 650 metres away, Boliches Beach and its extensive promenade offer an ideal place to relax and enjoy evening walks after a day of adventure.
Within the urbanization, a refreshing communal swimming pool is available for guests, perfect for disconnecting and cooling off (subject to community schedules and dates) 🏊♂️. The apartment, accessible by stairs or elevator, opens to a small reception area that connects to an independent kitchen and a bright living-dining room, both spaces ideal for sharing moments of coexistence with family or friends. Sin duda destacaría la amabilidad de los propietarios. Encantadores y serviciales.

Excelente atención de Marcos fue muy amable el piso estaba muy ordenado y limpio tal cual figuraba en las fotos, la piscina lo mejor cerca de todo muy buen lugar.
