Charming rural flat in Álora

Located in a rural plot where the owner lives in the upper area, you can relax in an enclave with mountain views, countryside and a few minutes from the town centre of Alora.

To get to the flat you have to follow an unpaved road of about 2 kilometres, although this road is firm and compact in most of its route it has some irregularities in small sections. The way to get there is downhill, but to get to the main road it is uphill. It is not a road suitable for sports cars or cars with very low tyre or chassis profiles.

The environment you are going to is a rural environment, you will live in an environment with animals, as it is in a private shelter where the owner tries to help these animals, horses, dogs and cats are in the environment, always controlled and healthy. The flat has no washing machine, no television, no air conditioning, but it does have two ceiling fans. There is no swimming pool and the wifi is rural, although the 4g connection is good.

There is outdoor furniture for sunbathing or relaxing. At the entrance you will have two spaces, a living room with integrated kitchenette (the refrigerator is small with a small freezer space). The kitchen has an oven and storage space.

After this space you will enter the master bedroom, spacious and cosy, with a double bed, bathroom with shower and dressing room.
