Located in an exclusive enclave, Cubo's Estudio Carretería 33 offers you the opportunity to enjoy Malaga Center with all its cultural, gastronomic and leisure offerings.
A few minutes walk away there are museums, monuments, a beach, and a wide gastronomic and leisure offer.
If you want to move around the province of Malaga, it is very easy, you have only 10 minutes walk from the María Zambrano AVE station and the Malaga Provincial Bus Station. In addition, the urban bus service in the capital that has it just 50 meters from the accommodation.
We inform you that the accommodation does not have a parking service, but it has several car parks in the area, they are paid, so we advise you to find out the cost per day beforehand. Parking Camas is the closest and most modern in the area.
The accommodation will surprise you, it has a common patio on the ground floor, combined with design elements, which make the modern and the traditional mix pleasantly. You will see that design is dominant in the recent refurbishment of the building. A transparent elevator will also take you to the roof terrace, where you will enjoy unique views of the Center of Malaga. An added value to this accommodation is that it also has a swimming pool, a luxury in the very heart of the city.
At your entrance you will see how bright, cozy and complete it is. First of all, you will have a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette that will solve any need you may have at lunchtime. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, kitchen and household items, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob.
The dining room is combined with a comfortable sofa bed where you can watch TV. This space is very cozy as it is attached under the platform of the double bed. It makes TV nights very pleasant. Imagine it after a day seeing all the cultural offer of Malaga.
The double bed, as we have mentioned, is prepared on a platform, it is accessed through elegant aluminum steps. We inform you that this part of the accommodation is not suitable for the elderly or people with motor disabilities.
Don't worry about the temperature of the accommodation. A powerful air conditioning will have the stay at an optimal temperature. Always use electrical appliances responsibly.
