    Located in the famous Malaga zone El Palo, this cozy and recently renovated accommodation offers you everything you need to enjoy your holidays. Beach, tranquillity and with all the necessary services you can imagine.

    Its location is on the corner along with a pedestrian street, so you have assured the tranquillity of the night, even so, modern windows and closures have been used in the recent reform that will allow you to have regulated temperature and external noise.

    The beach is less than five minutes walk away, it has a large extension of beaches where you can enjoy your security space without any problem.

    These beaches are equipped for your enjoyment, so you will have a large promenade along with leisure and restaurant bars and municipal facilities such as toilets, parks or play areas on the beach itself.

    Being on the corner, the accommodation has a useful porch where you can enjoy a good book or a quiet tea. At its entrance, you will have a spacious living room with a very bright open-plan kitchen thanks to the fact that the architects have respected the natural light inputs that the house originally had.

    This provides plenty of light throughout the room and the large window in the living room will provide you with the fresh atmosphere of the coast without having to use the air conditioning, an element that is available in all rooms of the accommodation if you need to use it.

    In addition to being a dining room, it will have a comfortable double sofa bed to complete the 5th and 6th place of the accommodation, these places carry a supplement on the rate.
