Cubo's Casa Laila is a magical residence of beauty and tranquillity with rustic charm throughout.

It's a rural property on the edge of town, like living in a tropical paradise providing intimacy and privacy, with excellent road access but just a 10 minute walk to the traditional small spanish town of Alhaurin el Grande with all amenities, restaurants & bars. Casa Laila is another world with majestic rooms, spectacular pool area & external gym, stunning views, all set in 11000 sqm of grounds.

If you are a bicycle lover or walker, you will have routes and paths very close where you can do some exercise. You can also work out in a covered outdoor gym that is located outside. There are stables and menage (horse school) available.

With extensive exteriors, you can enjoy short walks around the plot, enjoy multiple terraces with mountain views and relax in a large and comfortable salt water swimming pool in the hottest hours or take a refreshing swim at night. A comfortable entrance with a parking area for several vehicles will give you the impression of being in an oasis, where the vegetation provides a lot of privacy to the entire fenced perimeter of the plot.

The outdoor areas are distributed around the accommodation, some sections have small stairs where you can complete your walk. It will also have different relaxation areas, always with views of the Guadalhorce Valley, where you can see beautiful sunsets and breathe tranquility.

The pool area has a small picnic area, there is no outdoor barbecue to prevent fires, but an electric griddle will be provided if you want to cook in this area.

The kidney-shaped pool has a waterfall, is long and goes from shallow to deep, making bathing very comfortable for the smallest of the house in the first sections of it. The vegetation that surrounds it will provide you with comfortable shade so that you can combine a pleasant rest without burning your skin from the sun's rays.

This accommodation is distributed over two floors, on the ground floor we have a spacious living room, with space for teleworking and reading, television and wood stove. With large windows you will enjoy a pleasant light that will make family gatherings in this space unforgettable.

The unique kitchen adjoining the living room has a dining table, where you can combine your indoor lunches with the outdoor lunches you have on the side porch, which has access from the space dedicated to the kitchen. An elegant kitchen, modern but with traditional touches that maintain a pleasant and familiar atmosphere. It will be a unique memory to be able to enjoy cooking as a family, laugh and easily prepare any lunch thanks to all the equipment available for your comfort.

It will have 4 bedrooms, one sith a super king size bed and three with king size beds. Three of the bedrooms have a full en-suite bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and basin), and one has a bath and sink in the room with toilet attached.

They are bedrooms with a traditional feel in which the harmony of the elements chosen for it stands out, providing and demonstrating a feeling of home, comfort and tranquility in them.

It will also have a small toilet and showers in the pool area

A pool table and table tennis table is also provided for your use. And a fish pond where you can feed the fish if you wish.
