This property has a fully fenced private pool, ideal for the safety of the little ones, where you can relax sunbathing while enjoying the impressive views of the mountain and the Guadalhorce Valley. In addition, the outdoor space offers a barbecue area and a bench surrounded by trees to enjoy moments with family or friends, including pétanque games for entertainment.
The interior of the house is cosy and functional, with a living room equipped with television and comfortable furniture for rest. The American kitchen, separated by a bar, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and everything necessary to prepare your meals with comfort. The integrated dining room is perfect for sharing breakfasts, lunches or dinners in a warm and familiar atmosphere.
The rural house has three bedrooms with capacity for 8 people: two bedrooms to the left of the entrance and one to the right, all with exterior windows and space to store luggage.
