Just 10 minutes from Alhaurín el Grande and less than 30 minutes from the centre of Málaga, airport and main stations, you will enjoy a privileged location to explore the region without losing the calm of the rural environment. 🌳🚗
Ideal for families, the villa has a sports area specially prepared for the little ones, ensuring fun and physical activity during their stay. In addition, the urbanisation and the walled plot provide maximum privacy and security.

the pool was very dirty after 2 days. automatic cleaning does not work. I asked for cleaning but they arrived on the last day. there are two holes outside that at certain times there is a smell of sewage, you have to cover them.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten tolle 2 Wochen hier. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet genug Platz für 7 Personen. Im Außenbreich haben wir viele schöne Abende verbracht. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wirklich große, saubere Villa/Chalet mit sehr guter Aufteilung, Schöner als auf den Bildern zu glauben. Alles sehr sauber und alle Fenster und Klimaanlagen sind nagelneu. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche (Anzahl Besteck, Töpfe, Gläser etc.) lässt see more
Wirklich große, saubere Villa/Chalet mit sehr guter Aufteilung, Schöner als auf den Bildern zu glauben. Alles sehr sauber und alle Fenster und Klimaanlagen sind nagelneu. Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche (Anzahl Besteck, Töpfe, Gläser etc.) lässt etwas erfinderisch werden, hier wäre eine komplette Ausstattung für 10 Personen sehr wünschenswert. Aber ansonsten fehlte es uns an nichts (8 Personen incl. 2 Teenies und einem 5-Jährigen). Schöne große Aussenterasse mit Grill, Pool war super, auch wenn sich nach und nach immer wieder Mosaikfliesen lösten. Das Sportfeld/Waschhof und Parkplatz wurde auch zum Basketballspielen genutzt. Wir würden wieder buchen, ALLERDINGS: Nie wieder ohne Mietwagen. Es gibt leider kein einziges Restaurant/Imbiss im Ort Villafranco selbst. Nächster Ort ist 10 km entfernt und nur mit Taxi (35-40€) zu erreichen. Malaga kostet 65/ 70€. Also man braucht definitiv einen Wagen vor Ort (mind. 1) . Es wäre genial wenn ein wirklich günstiger Wagen gleich mit zu mieten wäre. Dann TOP.

Enjoy a unique experience in this 160 m² rural house, designed for families who want to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with proximity to points of interest such as El Caminito del Rey and the beaches of Málaga, Marbella or Fuengirola, all less than an hour's drive away. 🚗🌊 The property has a fully fenced plot where you can park your vehicle outdoors with total safety.
Access is comfortable and direct, with entrances on both sides of the house that connect to the large swimming pool, barbecue area and outdoor spaces, or through the living-dining room, the heart of the accommodation next to the spacious independent kitchen. Here you can enjoy lunches both inside and outside, without disturbing those who prefer to rest. 🍽️☀️
The outdoors are a true paradise: a large swimming pool ideal for cooling off, sunbathing areas with loungers, a shaded space to relax and a perfect gas ring for preparing barbecues or paellas. Additionally, you will have a bathroom with a shower tray for greater comfort after a swim. 🏊♂️🌿🔥
