Ideal accommodation for families who want to enjoy a quiet environment with many comforts.

With centralised air conditioning in the upper bedrooms and independent air conditioning in the lower bedroom and living room.

The exteriors have views of the mountains and a large orange grove, with a beautiful swimming pool, you can enjoy with your family barbecue lunches, relax on the outdoor furniture and sunbathe comfortably in the sun loungers. In the front part there is a corner with natural grass, hammock and outdoor furniture for two people that will be useful if you need to relax within the family nucleus.

The location of the rural house for 8 people is very good, with asphalted road, although in small sections it has irregularities, although it will not be a problem for any type of car. In a few minutes you can be in the town of Alhaurín el Grande, allowing you to do the shopping, enjoy the gastronomic offer and if you wish to visit the province of Málaga, you will have access to the motorway to Cártama just a few minutes more.

With a typical rural character of the area, the architecture of the house is designed on two levels. On the upper level or ground floor, from the entrance to the accommodation, you will have three bedrooms with the following arrangement of beds for your rest;

Bedroom 2: Two single beds
Bedroom 3: Single bunk bed

All have windows to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily. In the corridor leading to these bedrooms, there is a bathroom with shower.

Separated from the bedrooms, on this same floor you will find the living-dining room, which communicates with the kitchen and laundry room. A comfortable, pleasant living room, where you can enjoy good lunches comfortably served with the kitchen nearby. It also has a sofa that you can use to rest or watch TV (the size is 32"). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking.

On the lower floor, while respecting the rural character of the floors and ceilings, there is a bedroom with a lounge and furniture to have lunch if you wish. You will rest in this bedroom on a large and comfortable sofa bed. This bedroom can also be used as a place to relax and watch TV on a large 55" screen and as it is connected to the pool area, it will also be very comfortable if you wish to spend most of your time in this area. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which also complements the outdoor pool bathroom. This bedroom is air-conditioned with an independent air-conditioning system with heat pump.
