Rural accommodation for 8 people, near urban centers such as Alhaurín el Grande and with good road connections to all points of interest in the province of Málaga.
Family in nature, you will have all the comforts and privacy in the pool spaces that you can enjoy.
Please note that the plot where the accommodation is located is a shared plot with parking and a general common entrance for vehicles. Each accommodation within the plot has its private entrance and each pool space is very well divided and protected for your privacy.
The exterior of this accommodation is elegant, with a swimming pool that lies between the garden and barbecue area and the outdoor porch. Where you can enjoy sunny lunches and always keep an eye on the little ones in case they are in the pool. A small auxiliary kitchen will help you organize lunches and have more space to store your belongings.
The interior of the accommodation has two floors. A lower floor where we have a large kitchen-dining room, the heart of this floor, since it communicates with the living room and the access area to the upper floor. Also through the kitchen we can access the outside porch where beautiful garden furniture will allow you to enjoy a nice family lunch. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy it, prepare lunches that, as a family, will give you positive memories on your vacation.
If you do not want to rest in the garden, hammocks or in the pool, you can do so in the living room, bright, with windows to the outside, spacious and with Smart TV, you will enjoy a room in which you can see the pool and the outside garden. It also has a teleworking area that will help you if you have to work concentrated.
This ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has space to store your luggage in an orderly manner and a window to a small outdoor terrace.
On the upper floor and with bedrooms with sloping ceilings, we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and dressing room and another more child-friendly with two single beds and a bunk bed. Making this room an ideal room for the little ones in the house.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveler's stay, as long as these were decreed by the competent authorities, and were mandatory.
To mitigate these potential inconveniences during your stay, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance.

although there was a language barrier between ourselves and the hosts, they were very welcoming and accommodating to our late check in. the house was spotless and if we had to reach out for any reason they always responded. the villa itself was privasee more

The house is located just outside the village, but the restaurants can be reached on foot. We were received very hospitable and the owners were very nice on departure. We want to be back soon :) "

We traveled as a family to Alhaurin El Grande ... Five adults (in their early thirties and sixties) with a child (2 years old) .. The contact with the finka by email was hassle free ... Locally we have by phone (English) arranged a meeting point and see more
We traveled as a family to Alhaurin El Grande ... Five adults (in their early thirties and sixties) with a child (2 years old) .. The contact with the finka by email was hassle free ... Locally we have by phone (English) arranged a meeting point and were then brought to the finka ... From then on, the communication was more in Spanish possible, English was as good as not spoken but with a translation s app on the phone and a little English ran that well ... The landlord were very friendly, totally sympathetic and the whole process simply very relaxed and pleasant ... Rarely met such sympathetic people ... The finka is super equipped, the seating area outside, the pool and the grill area were our favorite places ... The environment is quiet but the finka is still very close to the city ... There are shops around the corner, a Lidl is about 15 minutes away by car ... The restaurant Carolina is a minute walk away ... above all, it has some exceptional food, a lot with fish and meat and just delicious, price / performance fits perfectly ... all in all it was a great holiday and we would come back anytime, time passed way too fast...:)

The place was good. It's beautifully furnished and the outdoor space is really nice. It's in a pretty quiet location but there are 2 restaurants about 3 minutes walk away. The walk into town and lots more restaurants is only about 10-15 minutes. Thesee more

Upstairs is all wooden so gets very hot but there is air con in both upstairs bedrooms.

The villa was a really interesting mix of styles. It made such a change from the normal 'sterile' villas often available. Clearly the villa was part of a larger family plot and the local contact just lived across the drive which meant easy access to see more

The villa was tucked away nicely from the main street so was quiet and secluded, but really easy to get into the town and out to the main roads. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities needed.

Bij het huis wonen meerdere katten en honden, die regelmatig gezellig langskomen. Vooral de kinderen vonden dit heel leuk! Het huis is goed ingericht, is natuurlijk niet nieuw, maar voor 1,5 week prima in orde. Zwembad is niet verwarmd, ietwat fris voor de tijd van het jaar, maar dat maakte de jongste niks uit. Al met al een goeie tijd gehad.

Ondanks de ietwat onlogische indeling kan je zowel binnen als buiten genieten van de Spaanse lucht. Er kunnen wel wat katten van de buren over je terras en binnen lopen, iets dat wij niet erg vonden, maar wel iets is om rekening mee te houden. Tevens mag er wat meer aandacht besteed worden aan het onderhoud van voornamelijk de douches en schoonmaak van de tuin en hoekjes in de kamers.Desalniettemin een heerlijk verblijf gehad en mochten wij teruggaan naar de omgeving nemen wij dit huis zeker weer in overweging om te boeken.

Nadelen is dat de zwembad veel kleiner is dan op de foto’s is te ziens , en het is helaas geen alleenstaande villa huis want je het te maken met je buren naast je wonen.

Le site est magnifique. Nous étions enchantés du décor, des montagnes, des orangers, de la terrasse entourant la maison, surtout que nous y étions pour un mois. Nos hôtes, Teresa et Francisco très accueillants et serviables sans oublier Raël ! Nous gsee more
