Family cottage, with private swimming pool, air conditioning and 4 bedrooms. Total occupancy 6 people.
Very well located rural accommodation, close to commercial areas in Coín such as Centro Comercial La Trocha. Easy access and only a few minutes away from motorway links that will take you to all points of interest in the province of Malaga.
The orientation of the accommodation means that the pool has many hours of sunshine, you will also enjoy a small covered outdoor area with a table football for the little ones to be entertained. The porch of the accommodation is very comfortable and will provide you with shade and shelter so that having lunch outside is comfortable. In addition, from the porch you will have the swimming pool visible so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The area surrounding the swimming pool is not landscaped, it is of earth, but you can play ball in the whole plot. In front of the entrance porch, there is an area with planters and artificial grass that you can use as a place to rest or to sunbathe.
The living-dining room with open plan kitchen is the first room we find when we enter the property. You will enjoy the TV area with a comfortable sofa and a cosy kitchen to prepare your lunches, equipped with everything you need so that cooking is not a problem.
Following this space and with a corridor that separates the bedrooms from the living-dining room area, we find the four bedrooms and a complete bathroom.
All the bedrooms have windows to the outside and space to store your luggage in an orderly fashion. They also have air conditioning, remember to use the electrical elements of great consumption in a responsible way.

Por poner algo,el tema del agua ,que no sea potable ,pero entendemos que es algo complicado ya q no depende de los propietarios,si no también instalaciones del ayuntamiento
